Clean, quiet, 15mins walk to metro and restaurants and le defence arena

Traveled to Paris La Défense Arena which was short walk away through the beautiful park. The room and the staff exceeded my expectations, looking forward to coming back.

Room new and clean ..

In stead of holding my room deposit €100 pending from my account you had taken the payment so now I'm having to keep looking for a refund back to my account.. but thank you for the good stay ☺️

The hotel is under works..force to make a round to find the reception (temporary desk) and then to pass by the external of the hotel fence to reach the temporary entrance. It s do-able but not very fun, mainly with huge bagages.Price (even its still near Paris) look expensive.

The room was really clean and the location is very good

There was a work in progress which had for impact no heat in my room, i had to request a auxiliary heating at the reception. I would prefere to be informed previously to my reservation. Nevertheless, the staff was pretty helpful and they did want they could with the means they had.

Bed was lovely and comfortable and the place was clean.

The tea & coffee facilities were very poor. 1 tea bag, 1 herbal tea + two sachets of coffee.2 small milks not replenished on the 3rd day.Paper cups and wooden stirrers. Certainly not worth € 360 for 3 nights. € 150 would have been more like it. No mention of building works being carried out either. Entrance was via a wedged open fire door. Will certainly not be back.

Friendly Staff, rooms were clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind they are very small.

Under construction while maintaining the highest price range and just a small communication upfront. The area is outside of Paris, which is fine if you travel for business or specific reason. The restaurant is a small fixed buffet - with a not much to choose from. Also drinks were sold out more then one hour before closure

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The newly refurbished rooms are really nice and very clean with a lovely little nite from the cleaners inviting us to enjoy our stay.

It’s being refurbished so there is no bar or restaurant which is understandable but I think it makes it expensive without this. You also have to go outside the hotel to and from your room to reception.

Me and my friend stayed there for a concert at La Defense, so location for that was perfect. It looked like the room had new furniture. There were complementary tea and coffee. There is a beautiful park nearby. It was clean and the room was cleaned daily, with clean towels provided.

Location is quite far from the centre, but there is a metro station only 10 minutes walking distance. Me and my friend didn’t have suitcases, so it was ok but the room is a bit small if customers travel with big suitcases as there is no space to open them a part from doing it on the bed.

the room was compact but big enough for two people, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent.the bed was one of the most comfortable that i have slept in and the sheets, pillows and duvet all felt rally good quality.

a little more tea & coffee ingredients would have been nice and the paper cups were a bit limp after a couple of uses.

Nice; very clean, modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great stay, good value for money.

Nothing really.

It was clean.

No hairdryer dryer, no ironing board, no phone, television didn't work. Had to ask for toilet roll. Leaky shower, had to use towels to mop up, then fight for dry towels. One coffee pod per person for 4 days. Inefficient, unhelpful reception staff.

Check-in took too long for 23:00 and me being single guest to check-in. To be fair though- I requested a quieter room but I didn’t expect the change would take that long.

The room was big, clean, and nicely decorated, very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. I felt really welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was ideal for the Arena Défense and very convenient for public transport, with a bus stop just over the road and the RER station an easy walk through the beautiful park. The room was very clean when we arrived.

We planned to stay for one night, but due to the Air Traffic Controllers strike, we eventually had to stay four. The room was pretty basic for a Superior Room. No phone (we had to phone reception using our mobiles), no hairdryer (we had to ask for one - three times) and very stark furniture. Minimal bathroom products and towels. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and we had to use our towels to mop it up. There was a coffee machine, but only 2 coffee pods. When we requested more on our second and subsequent days, we were told they were 'welcome pods' and only made available on the first day. As we made 4 separate bookings, we thought we might be 'welcomed' 4 times, but no such luck. The determination of the reception staff to decline our requests for 2 coffee pods a day were unmoving and shocking. I must admit I did expect at least one cup of coffee a day in a room that cost on average £200 a night! In addition, we were not warned of the scaffolding and building work taking place. The full skip outside the main entrance summed it up! I would not recommend this hotel. It is not a pleasurable experience.

The location was good for my work event in La Defence Arena. Room was clean. Shower was hot.

When I arrived I was informed that hotel is undergoing renovation, that wasn’t informed in the email before. So the part of the hotel including lift looked like a building side with a lot of noise. The room was very small and there wasn’t iron in it. I had leak in the bathroom that I had to inform staff 3 times about it before was fixed.

Solid little stay just outside the main city.

Being renovated whilst I was there. But it means it'll be sorted soon!
