Premiere Classe Paris Ouest - Nanterre - La Defense

The room was ok. But the shower room is very small.

The property has only one lift for all its guests which means you can easily spent 5 mins waiting for the lift.

Far too pricey for what it is. Incompetent and unfriendly staff. Poor quality room.

Arrival was difficult as it took the receptionist almost 10 minutes to open the gate. When I took a shower I found no towels. When I complained during checkout, the receptionist said: It’s not my fault, it’s the cleaners’.

It was good, staff communicated well though French is the main language

My bathroom was too small

Secure parking and a room for three , water pressure good in shower and clean dining area , bedroom clean but dated

Cigarette burns on sink unit , tiny shower cubical , light not working over desk unit .No toaster and very limited breakfast , mainly bread

Disappointing

Hotel located in industrial estate. Unlit pathway from main rd to hotel if returning after dark. A lot of men hanging around outside. Limited vending and cash only option.

Small rooms. Tiny bathrooms. Dirty everywhere and in poor state of repair. Bathroom smelled of sewage. Mattress uncomfortable and very old / threadbare.

The rooms were small but clean, the air conditioning worked well. the ensuite was tiny but everything worked and the water was always hot. the car park was in a gated area and plenty of room so car felt secure. The lift worked well, the staff were friendly and the location for our Olympic events was excellent and in walkng distance also easy access to tramWe stayed during a peak event so would expect to pay a premium

Breakfast was quite basic juice and bread only. A kettle in the room would have been great

Nothing. We arrived looked and left. Still waiting for my refund.

It’s shabby with stains and broken things everywhere in a bad dirty neighbourhood.

Close to tram stop, comfy bed

The shower was tiny you could hardly move. We could smell cigarette smoke from within the room. The designated smoking area was right next to the entrance of the hotel. Air con temperature could not be adjusted. We were very hot inside the room.

The outside of the building is decent and has a beautiful view of the river,however there are two abandoned buildings in front of hotel and there are many homeless people living in mattresses and vans next to the hotel

There was disgusting smell around and inside building.Stains all over in the room.Very poor general cleaning.front desk person very unfriendly and unhelpful.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The view from the room is great.

I understand it might be a budget hotel but the toilet / bathroom was very disappointing. Degradations in the toilet and bathroom were very visible. The shower was terrible and rusty. It’s very terrible considering this is located in Paris.

Staff wasn’t happy to be there, breakfast was bread and juice, and air conditioning doesn’t work

That it was close to La Defense Arena and we were attending a concert there.

The room was way to small to be advertised as a room for 3 people. Besides, the bathroom was insanely small and uncomfortable. It was literally a plane restroom but with a shower.

The location and secure parking.

It wasn’t clean. Burn marks in the bedding. Hairs in the bed. Drink marks on the sides and sticky floors

Location, especially good for concert at La Defense Arena. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Wifi didn’t work

Washroom was so small. Hardly can adjust there. No complimentary soap or shampoo in the wash room.Not a great place if you travelling with kids.. No water heater in the room or even can't be arranged upon request. There is no way you can make formula milk for the accompanying toddler. Breakfast was not included. You need to pay around 7 Euro per person if you want to have breakfast. Even they charged 3.75 euro for our 1 year old child during breakfast.

The tram was 2 mm from the hotel

They took money in my account before my arrival , i was supposed to pay at the property, and the dors from my room was not closing properly you can hear everything from outside.
