Bed not good

The friendly and helpful staffs available to you 24hrs a day! plus the wi-fi at the hotel wasn't bad either. The drinks were quite cheap compared to most places (Alcohol)

The rooms do need to be soundproof so that rooms next door don't get disturbed by me and my friends huge laughter.

Location was perfect to activities I had planned.Staff was great and accommodating. Place was clean.

Bed was a little to hard. No other complaints.

Not too far from the rer (10-15 min walk) checking 24/7 and easy check out The room was overall nice and clean. The bed and the pillows were very nice . The personnel was really nice.

I had no hanger or place to hang my coat/ jacket etc.

Picked the hotel as it waw close to la Défense arena as we were attending a concert there. The hotel was comfortable, the room was perfect and the staff friendly. The breakfast was reasonable in price and we appreciated the laid back manner to chill while having breakfast. The last check out time of 12pm on the Sunday was really welcomed too. Overall good experience staying here

Fair price, good location, clean room with all the necessary ammenities, close to La Defense Arena, at aprox 20 mins walking through a nice park, good access to local transport

There was no cover on the sink plus a screen on the window to prevent bugs from flying into the room would be good to have. There was no hot water to shower!

Shower leaked and could do with a shower mat for safety . Used broken bulb left on one of the bedside lockers when we entered the room for the first time .

Great location. Conveniently near La Defense Arena. Helpful staff when problems arose.

Several problems did arise. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty. There had been a boiler issue (apparently) the day we checked in and it made the water in the bathroom brown. There also was a broken socket in our room that was fixed within an hour or two.

It is near the defense arena , a 20 minute walk and it’s really convenient also the guy who checked us in was really nice and helpful. There’s also a boiler to make coffee and tea

Hopefully they can do something with the water from the bath because yellow water comes out first so you have to let it pour for a while.

The staff was very nice.

The room was very small and in some parts you could see the mould. This is not ok and was hidden by some curtains. Everywhere on the signs next to the hotel it is shown as a 2 star hotel but the hotel shows 3 stars. Maybe they improved in time, but only on paper.
