staff at reception went out of his way to assist us. The apartment was the perfect size for a family of 4, and the kitchenette was great for preparing hearty breakfasts. Transportation, restaurants and grocery store conveniently located by hotel.

The only thing missing was an iron in the apartment. Also, twice the fire alarm went off in the building, once at 7:00 am which woke us abruptly.

I didn’t like anything, it was a terrible experience

I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and I had already informed them of this by email. However, when I arrived, I was not able to access my room immediately and had to wait for more than an hour. After that, I found out that the heating in the room was not working. They provided only a small portable heater and did not offer any extra blankets, even though the temperature outside was zero degrees،this was not the only issue; other things happened afterward.

Close to a market and public transportation.

It’s confusing when the check in place is different than the residence. It’s not good for those who are not familiar with the place or process.

Room is very old— it looks like the 70s. Aircondition is not strong and is very loud. You can hear peoplescreaming outside in your room. Nobody also came to clean.

I was accommodated in the old building where everything is dirty, smelly and ready to break! The building is very old and needs refurbishment. The bathrooms are very old and mouldy. The carpets in the room are dirty and smelly. Overall, I think that this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

Breakfast was delicious and complete. Location was terrific since we did sightseeing during the day and had tickets to the pool for the Olympics at night. Having a toilette separate from the shower area was great. Felt safe.

This was the worse property I've ever stayed at. Never again!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Trust me, the pictures on the website is very deceiving. The apartment looks NOTHING like the pictures.

Unfortunately, the state of the room fell far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring one of these issues to your attention. Mold and Mildew: I noticed mold and mildew in several areas of the room, which not only affected the cleanliness but also raised concerns about health and safety. Mainly the shower...large areas of mold which looked like it wasn't cleaned regularly. The shower door was poorly designed causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor, creating a slippery and hazardous situation.

We didn’t pay extra for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.We stayed here because it was close to the arena and that was a definite perk - we were very glad to be in the room within 15 mins of the event ending!We needed room for 4 together (traveling as a family) so this hotel offered adjoining rooms which was a nice perk.

The room was very warm and the cooling system didn’t seem to be working. The windows being open helped, but let in the outdoor noise which was constant all night - busses, trucks, people in the street. Our room was also close to the elevator so we could hear the electrical unit all night.

good location.

Very unpleasant check-out. Waited a long time for the previous customer, no alternative service. Paid the parking at the counter, being charged twice, supposed to be reimbursed later, then blocked at the exit where the machine demanded a new paymemt, had to contact the counter to leave. What a mess.

Closer to the train station and groceries

The bathroom sink is clogged and we asked for repair on the first day itself, even on the 4th day it was not done and we were not given any replacement room. Rooms were smelly as well, there was not enough ventilation to get rid of the smell

Not much other than than the location.

The room was not what we expected. Pictures on bookings.com need to be updated as were misleading. Appeared very out dated and looked dirty. Bathroom was very poor. Shower kept flooding the sink. The actual sink was blocked all the time and took along time to drain. Outside the hotel was very noisey during the night.

Great location to access metro/RER. Water fountain available in the lobby, extremely comfortable bed, and really helpful to have a small kitchen in the room. Would stay again.

Carpet a little dirty and could even say smelly, some stain in the walls around the toilet, so cleanliness could be improved. Also, some pictures in the ad don't match the reality. But overall, I would stay again due to an excellent location.

Staff very helpful and breakfast nice

The residence part of the hotel was old and tired, and walking across the the street to go to breakfast, see reception was very frustrating. As was the fire alarm at 11pm with no staff member present to guide/advise on the ground floor.The air conditioning was none existent and so slept with the window open which was obviously very noisy.The room also smelt of smoke (even though told none smoking room) and were generally musty. Would not stay in these again!However the main Mercure hotel looked newly refurbished and looked nice.
