We did have a clean room and parking for our car

The receptionist was so soft spoken one could not understand her even though we asked her to repeat.I did not know where to drop off the key as there was nobody at receptionI wanted to ask if I could have a breakfast but again no one in sight for any information

As a persom with disabiility, I found the room and facilities accessible.Having a transport at our disposal whenever needed was a plus for me

I choose the option no breakfast

cleanliness of the place, not far from malls, and restaurants, well located

mountainous, parking challenges, inexperienced drives will find it hard to maneuver, hard to find the place, the owner cant speak English, making it difficult to communicate

I liked everything about the place,quite are,clean and comfort

The staff were friendly

No fans, no aircons, paid for two single beds and one Dubble bed. Only had one single bed.

The spaciousness, neediness and outstanding service and friendliness of the staff, Norma and Phumzile is commendable.

The inconsiderate notice levels of the guests above us, moving furniture and children running up and down the stairs and guests with them was disturbing late at night. We had to approach them to consider other guests.Secondly, the only maintenance that must be done is the leaking basin in the bathroom and the dripping noise when you use the tap. The fan must also be fixed.. Does not rotate.

We liked the location, we loved the clean look that we got from the studio and how helpful the lady was who received us on arrival.

Not about the property but just that the lady who received us was unsure of our arrival and she had to still add the extra bed into the studio for our fourth person.

We booked the place with my family but when we got to the place it was fully booked. The owner was very rude also the lady that we found at the place. I feel like they were supposed to inform us earlier that they don't have space and refund us soon so that we look for another place

Their attitude and this was all their fault we booked earlier and they where supposed to inform us as soon as possible. They threatened us by calling the cops instead of refunding us

Great place to get away for the city. Lovely view in the evenings.

Well the drive way is still a challenge, and the TV in our unit was not working.

I'm never going there ever

The owner Talik was rude and accused us hacking his system , didn't even let us in to the property . I won't advise any of my friends to visit the place , Talik was unprofessional, rude and not even sorry for his actions .

Everything....*The hosts were so warm and welcoming... There's this guy I forgot his name I'm so sorry?... Like sir u deserve a raise for your exceptional work... He made sure we were comfortable.. He was very attentive... He just makes you feel extremely special. I thank you from the bottom of my heart ?*The owner made it a priority to arranged for us to get proper directions when we got lost*The rooms where clean and beautifulOverall the place was like a home away from home... Peaceful and relaxing... I absolutely loved everything about the place ???

The fact that my days went by quickly...?

The cockroaches were all over there and the noises from other rooms was unbearable

The owner didn't care there was no wifi but its included on the website

I have nothing to complain about... Everything was perfectThe room was cleanThe place was peacefulThe cherry on top was that the hosts were very welcoming and attentive... The best part is they offered to help offload our luggage.Thank you so much to the hosts for everything we honestly enjoyed our stay there Beautiful place ??

The area was quiet

Rooms were not comfortableUtensils were not cleanWooden floor gets moist and slippery after showering

The location is near many easy to find shops. Big enough room with kitchen and bathroom. Very modern. Has solar backup power and wifi. Staff is very friendly.The host Natalie made us feel very welcome.

Driveway is a bit of a challenge. The room could do with a smart TV so I could use my own Netflix or Prime video account.

Very comfortable room and bed

My husband is a big TV fan, there was only one channel on our TV, the rest of the family had Netflix

The room was very spacious with all amenities that were required from the room. They cleaned the room and replaced towels everyday even though we did not expect that service from them.
