The set up of the room was amazing,staff friendly n welcoming

The front desk/reception and staff were very helpful.

the rooms were not properly cleaned; the breakfast was prepared properly but the ingredients tasted old. The fridge was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was not great.

Staff was great but it seems to have seen better days. Diningroom is in disuse and was uite dirty. Pool was green. Had to ask for towels twice. Fridge and microwave plug was not working.

The break was ok but the was a problem with the cereal as it had crawling insects which was a total turn off

The pool area is exceptional and the view was great

The staff treated us very bad,they gave us the room we didn’t book then blamed it on booking.com.The card to open our room was not working so we had to go them every time we wanna go into our room,it was a mess

The location is great

The sheets were dirty from the previous occupants. On the second day we were not given towels and toilet paper.The noise in the corridors was too much. And even worse, the staff was making noise at night and early hours of the morning. The staff was not professional, they are not even identifiable that they are staff members. The breakfast was substandard and repeatative. The dinning area was not clean.

The pool was too cold. Can u please make it a heated pool hence it's indoors. Try to have some swings 4 da kids on da other side. Make it more child friendly.

I like the lady who is working at reception .she was so good and helpful

The room i booked it was so clean until I tried to sleep the sheets was full of human hair and stains on the sheet.had to change to another room and the problem i got in that room is the bad smell coming from the bathroom

Everything, from the electricity going off and having no generator and to the poor communication of the staff

Friendly and easy check in. Comfortable beds.

Rooms are not designed to keep out noise. You can hear every sound from outside/the foyer/hall. Did not sleep well due to this, even though other guests were not especially noisy.

There was not much that I could tell you I liked. The facility was not as shown on the site.

Everything! The room was not as described. It did not smell clean. The towels were grey(not white!) When I asked the receptionist if all their beds were this worn out, his response were: Yes. It was an uncomfortable sleep, the mattress were hollow. Breakfast was brought to the room, and it was nothing that I expected. Everything to this visit was a Total letdown. I will Not use this establishment ever!

Outside area

Hot water only works over 1 hour after checking in due to card activating geaser. Hand soap and shower gels were empty! One big towel for two guests. Uncomfortable beds. Breakfast service is atrocious. No plates in room. Blanket warmer component on the bed under sheet.

Location is convenient

Foul smell coming from the bathroom toilet even though it seemed flushed. Could be a plumbing issue…No restaurant nearby to buy food. Option is to drive out to the mall which is about 7km away…It’s also very noisy… you hear everything from the other rooms. I guess the walls are thin.This used to be a very good place but the standard has shockingly dropped.

Staff is great and helpful

Some guests making noise on the passageway after 22h00 and same breakfast everyday and no change or other options - even a slice of cheese or tomato would make a difference. It suddenly felt like a boarding school.

The receptionist was welcoming and they allowed us to check out an hour later than their check out time, at no extra cost

The unit has a microwave but no plates. It would be nice if they provided plates and cutlery in the unit A cockroach entered the unit during the night. So perhaps the hotel needs to do a fumigation
