Hotel 1921

Clean hotel, both common areas and the rooms.Friendly staff who tried to accommodate.Breakfast was adequate.Location was good, 10 min walk to the beach.Hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Bar area closed in the evening.Light controls in the room were strange: for example, the bathroom light was coupled with the fan, so if you used the bathroom at night, you would wake up your partner with the fan noise.The walk to the beach was through narrow dirty sidewalks.

The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The hotel seemed almost new and was spotlessly clean. The bed was the most comfortable of our trip so far. The shower was excellent with very good water pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Nothing really. The location seemed a bit out of town when we arrived in the evening but we were recommended a pizza restaurant just round the corner which turned out to be a good experience. When we walked around the town the following day, it was a short walk to the beach and shortish to the town centre.

Conveniently located near the Pozzallo train station. Large, comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast. Plenty of hot water.

The hotel was neat and clean, staff was helpful and friendly.

It's quite cleanish, there is not really a style and its.. yeah.. modern. The location is, not a place where you are gonna work around. It was ok as we just came from the ferry and needed a place to stay, but this is not a place where you gonna stay if you wanna go out in town.

Clean stafff the breakfast lady and Manuela is an asset hep me a lot print out of places to visit guide s direction and she even drop me to modi a savage noticed I was bored in pozzallo …never heard about a person like let alone a receptionist… Manuella is a great asset to the hotel and to the company itself I cannot say anything more .. kind professional caring and go beyond what is expected of her … for all the good deeds she’s done to me … for me as a mere guest in the hotel … please pass this message to Manuella best person I have encountered and I travelled a lot around the world … she’s priceless ..keep it up Maniella and promote her and don’t let her go … people of this kind is to keep and valued

Booked 1 night to take ferry to Malta on the next day early morning. Location is very good for this sort of thing. Staff are very professional and helpful. Hotel is modern, clean and had all the amenities one would need.

I cannot complain about anything. It was a very good experience.

We really enjoyed 1921. The staff were super lovely and helpful, the hotel is new and clean and the beds were very comfortable, nice bathroom.

Absolutely everything! The staff were over the top amazing, they treated me like everyone wishes they could be treated arriving in a new city alone at night. Just fantastic, all of them and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, amazing people. The breakfast was fantastic too, really well done. The room was absolutely spotless with the perfectly weighted duvet for the season and 4 crisp white pillows. The toiletries were well thought out and the smell was lovely, even conditioner for your hair! Rare find. I was pretty flustered when I got there, they poured me a glass of wine and I took it to my room. Absolutely loved this place. They even had a guy take me to buy bus tickets and translate, he looked after me so well, they all did!! I can't thank you enough!

Very warm in the room. Had to keep the aircon on all night. Outside temperature was cool. It didn’t make sense. Refill of food at breakfast wasn’t sufficient.

excellent breakfast, cleanliness and decor. Short distance from all amneties and motorway. Much much more than expected for a 3star, especially the nicely laid breakfast. Reception were also very helpful.

This was an overnight stay on my way between Malta and moving on to Siracusa. Very helpful staff. I had to leave before breakfast but the staff made sure I could take from fruit with me. Good value for money and I could consider staying here again.
