A newer facility. Friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast.

Preferred lunch and supper away from the hotel. Directly on main road, great for easy access, less enjoyable with a balcony. Even so, it is offset the road with a pleasant large green space.

Coffee was not hot. Very Panamanian style breakfast, with not much for American style.

It might have been nice to have some heat in the room. There appeared to be some leakage in the bathroom - floor was wet.

Great location and awesome climate. Staff was the best of all since the beginning to the end.

We stayed at the residence. It was extremely old. Although perhaps at an older time, the premises may have been in its glory (as it looks thoughtfully built). Nowadays, it seems almost crumbling. I was not even able to pull the curtains down in one of the bedrooms we slept in. A few tiny bugs crawling in one of the bed sheets. When trying to open one of the windows, a lot of dust would come out to spread in our faces.The best of all and I believe the only good thing was the staff. Very professional, joyful and of good spirit, to assist us from beginning to end. The outer trees in the garden need maintenance as well. Many or some of them were already fallen down.

The staff was very very good. I would congratulate specially Josefina, she works in the restaurant and her service and recommendations were outstanding.The open the breakfast half an hour before to us.

The facilities are perfect and also the place. Rooms are quite large. If I have to say something, you feel the humidity, but this is something common in this area in the rainy season.

I very much liked the staff and breakfast. The dining room was nice.

I did not like the fact that the jacuzzi is in desperate need of repairs. I took pictures. The sauna was non functioning,also took pictures. The loud noise from continuous truck travel was beyond distracting. The worse of our stay was my husband and I suffered bedbugs bites. I have pictures. As a result, the end of our travels were miserable. I am a dermatologist Physician Assistant and have been in this specialty for 18 years. I am glad I brought steroid cream but this did not alleviate the symptoms. Not only that but we had to wash all of our clothing as we found dead bed bugs in our luggage. I will be contacting the hotel again to make sure they are aware and other occupants don't suffer from the same affliction.

Over rated hotel.. Noisy room, no hot water even after request it. Cold room in rainy day. Complained about the next room party but nothin happened. WIFI only next to the window. In the restaurant try to charge 430 USD instead of my bill what was 43 USD !!!!!!!!

The place is very quiet and ideal for taking a break from the busy pace of the city. I relaxed like never before. The service is very friendly. You can connect with nature and enjoy the cool climate.

Room was old, shower had no warm water, was not the same as in the booking

Staff was great, room was cleaned. The pool looked a bit dirty so we didnt get to enjoy it. The location was beautiful! Cold enough that AC wasnt a need at all!

It really surprised me how well kept is the property and the rooms, considering the age of the hotel. The rooms are big and ver well ventilated. Breakfast was included: the hojaldres were delicious! The staff was always very pleasant

Noisy room (both neighbors and main street). Infrastructure is dated. No smart TV.

The staff was incredible, the food was amazing and the location was just lovely. A great stay in Tierras Altas.

The rooms could be a bit more modern but it adds to the charming cabin appeal of the entire hotel.

The place itself which is so relaxing, the farm was so kindly for my kids and the garden walk was a nice experience

The jacuzzi was dirty, it seems there was a fungi growing in all over, like it wasn’t been cleaned days ago…

The hotel was great. It was a great value for the price paid. The breakfast was fantastic. I had scrambled eggs, ham, French toast, coffee and orange juice. It was all excellent and served by order by a nice waitress. The room was very clean with nice hardwood floors. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh. Our room had a beautiful view from the nice little sitting balcony. The hotel is 46 years old. It has character and has been well cared for. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The hot water to the room's bathroom shower was very slow. Our room faced the highway going to Cerro Punta and there were trucks transporting produce from Cerro Punta early in the morning. The trucks are loud, so expect some highway noise. The hotel is probably less than 100 meters from the highway. The pool and spa area could use some refurbishment. The hot tub needs to be tiled. The shower in the dressing area of the pool had good hot water..... you just have to wait 3 minutes or so for it to get up the hill.

The room was clean.

It is an old fashioned hotel. The rooms are facing a busy road and it was very loud especially in the morning. The hotel has a huge generator which work 24/7 and also very loud. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast could improve with more diverse options, limited selection was the only downside

Dinner service was somewhat slow but staff was amicable and very friendly

No air conditioner, room was hot in the afternoon, property was in front a major road, noise trucks in the early morning, diesel fumes will enter my room since I had to open the windows to get fresh air. Terrible stay.
