- The place is lovely. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. The room has everything you need , plus there is a common kitchen where you can cook. The only downside is that the place is a little bit away from the city center, but it was expected and taxi's are easy to find. Recommended +++
- This guesthouse is a little bit out of the center of Yerevan but the hospitality of Artur, the host, completely makes up for it! He does everything to make you feel comfortable, provides us with early breakfasts, is open and welcoming, and has a great dog named Paulie (I'm going to miss her! :)) Furthermore, the city is easily accessible by bus number one which only costs 100 drams. Yandex and GG are available. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen spotless clean and there is a nice outdoor seating area in the back. Outstanding quality for the price! :)
