The reception person was condescending and rude to me when there was a small issue. 3 days later I asked for manager and I received a similar rude, condescending attitude from him. I guess I know why the employee thinks he can speak to people that way.

I have a toddler and this resort was perfect for her! The pools and playground make the resort super family friendly and she had a blast swimming.

The property was so beautiful! We liked that it was more remote and not touristy like where we had just come from. The restaurant was really good and the breakfast buffet was fresh with lots of choices. Service was great!!

The staff was exceptional and the pools were wonderful.

I didn’t realize when it said 5 mins to the beach, it was by shuttle. It was not possible to walk there. The hotel is isolated and unless you have a car you are stuck with the hotel restaurant for all your meals. The restaurant was good but expensive. We went to the beach one day but it’s not maintained and the benches and tables tables are very dirty and falling to pieces. There are no restaurants or services at the beach.

Beautiful setting, lovely 2 pools, clean and friendly staff. Dinner at restaurant was tasty.

Breakfast could have been better, everything was a bit cold.

Very kid-oriented, with waterslides and playground. Simple rooms, superior is worth the upgrade. Pretty far from beach, so need car. Food was fine. Seemed a little pricey for the level of facilities.

Staff not overly friendly. Check-in was a pain, with mandatory wrist bands, Ipad photos...

The garden and the pool area is amazing

The room is outdated and doesn’t meet the 4 star and the area of the hotel. It’s not what you expect when you enter the hotel. They need to renovate it

Our Stay was amazing, from the staff, restaurant and amenities were amazing! Would definitely recommend and come back again.I would like to give a special thanks to the restaurant and bar staff, always super helpful and friendly, excellent service!

We just stayed one night and therefore couldn't experience everything but it is a nice Hotel. The Hotel was clean and the garden and playground for kids as well as pools seemed in very good shape and beautiful. I was traveling with my daughter. The rooms were also clean.

The hotel is lovely inside. The restaurant overlooks a parklike setting with a nice pool area. The waiters and the bar hostess by the pool was a gem. The food was very good and the drinks were exquisite!

The locations is quite a distance from the beach so you definitely have to drive there. They do offer a shuttle service there and back.

The room was very nice and big and always very clean. The pool was great for the children. Also the staff was very nice and friendly.

The breakfast could have offered more fresh fruits. It was always prepared and a little dry

Extremely relaxing, quiet, beautiful, clean, multiple pools, close to quiet beach, town and restaurants and helpful staff!!! All Good!! Highly recommend!

We can’t think of anything we liked.

The decor is out of date, the bedding is inadequate, they want people to wear guest bracelets (not happening!), the breakfast is poor, the bathrooms are horrible.

Place is fair and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wifi didn’t reach the room correctly. Somewhat overpriced to our opinion.

The pool was good. Nice garden. Shuttle service to lovely Playa Carillo.

Attitude from reception. E.g. did not want to provide gluten free bread because we had not mentioned our wish when we made the reservation. However we stayed for 4 nights, so plenty of time for the hotel to fix this for day 2,3 and 4. But instead we had to buy the bread our selves in Samara. No feedback when we asked to change room. You would look into to the matter but did not come back with any info.Rooms with very simple interior. E.g no place to sit or put luggage despite ’42 m2’.Not a 4 star property when it comes to attitude and ambition level. I think the respons from management regarding our review speaks for it self, quite a bit of unhumble finger pointing. Servants (team members in general) friendly but understaffed during peak hours.

Beautiful property- comfy clean updated spacious rooms. Convenient to beach and they provide free chairs. Pools are gorgeous and have plenty of shade for afternoon sun. Very safe. Staff was wonderful. Restaurants were great and reasonable. Accommodating for kids they made them ice cream sundaes at night! Extremely safe.

It isn’t directly in the beach it’s about a mile down the road but we had a car and they also have a free shuttle. It isn’t a downside but just know it isn’t beach front

Beautiful property and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a buffet every morning with a lot of choices. Close to Playa Carrillo, which was the best beach we went to by far.
