Hotel Norte

The location was excellent right across the street from public beach access and underground parking (expensive). The provided instructions for automated check-in were provided via message on Booking.com. I got there early enough that the cleaning staff was still there and they checked me in. A machine is provided for an automated check in. They have a decent breakfast with breads, rolls, yogurt, some charcuterie, coffee and tea. Make sure the make reservations. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. It was a short but good overnight stay.

It would have been nice to have some hard boiled eggs at breakfast. This is a very minor thing.

All round good option. Very close to the beach and social areas. Clean and modern.

Location....literally 100 yards from the beach and is on the edge of the old town There's a bus stop about 150 yards away. Breakfast was ok

It's situated on the main road through Zarautz so whilst a convenient location there's also traffic noise. There was some renovation work being carried out so we we were woken each day to the sound of drilling and hammering...obviously that will be a temporary situation but was annoying

The staff was friendly and even lent us a towel for the beach.

The bathroom and shower were tiny and the traffic and construction noise were annoying and the room was muggy without AC. It was a hot day!

Excellent location near the beach and town square. Breakfast buffet looked interesting. They even took my bag to my room.

The wifi needs to be properly set up. My room was just outside of range. Very annoying. Then the bathroom window needed a gasket, or something, because the road noise comes rolling into the room.

Location was central. Decent sized room. Comfortable bed.

Room had ant infestation. There were ants on the bed, closet and they got into our luggage. Overpowering air freshener smell. Seemed expensive for quality of the room.

Value for money, very good location but super noisy during the night because room in front of the street which is noisy the whole Saturday night with people dancing, shouting and having noisy fun

too much noise from outside. Room window on ground level must be a walkway.

The location is beautiful, right next to the sea side, the room was okay although did not look much like the pictures and the breakfast was very poor for the price paid. The room was very pricy having in mind that was a little room with a tiny bathroom.

The price did not match the kind of room booked and the pictures on the site. Breakfast very pricy too for the little options presented.

The location is perfect, just a 2 min walk from the beach, and another 2 min at a center plaza with bars and restaurants.Has a private parking just in front with costs about 25EUR a day.

The wifi signal was quite weak on the room and the bathroom is very tiny

Room was not what was advertised on booking.com. Considerably smaller from what we expected.

Rooms are disaster with mold, you hear noise from street and other rooms.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful in the morning.Good location.

No one in the reception from 2pm. The door to the toilet broke over night and the “24h assistance “ did not get back until the next morning.No aircon and quite noisy area if you open the windows.

The receptionist, the bed was comfy; it was a decent stay.

Old furniture, the smell in the closet, tight space in the bathroom, the noise at night.But overall it was ok for one night.
