Good location, nice room.

Towels had holes and stains. There is no convenient place to hang hand towels in the bathroom only the rail on top. Mirror in the bathroom very high. Had to stand on toes to do hair.

Location is great, close to the train station and the center of Weesp

Very cold room and bathroom. No facilities such as tea/coffee facilities. Quite expensive for what the hotel offers.

The linen and beds were clean. Friendly staff.

The carpets were dirty, and the shower had mould in the corners.

No cups in the room or shower gel in the bathroom dispenser. Asi was only there for one night, this was not a problem

Very good and varied and very attentative staff replenishing all the plates and bowls to keep the display looking attractive.

The only thing we did not like was the open shower enclosure which flooded most of the area around the sink as well. A potential hazard!

Nice big room which was also clean. Good breakfast. Nice location in the center of the old town.

The hotel is very convenient for couples, friends or families visiting Amsterdam and surrounding towns. The rooms are clean including facilities. The twin beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

The sofa on the loft is not so comfy. A microwave would be useful too in the kitchen. But these are all not serious issue, a window or a ventilator is really something we missed

It was far from Amsterdam and there is nothing to do in this place and the ménagement want the room back at 12:00 unbelievable

Location was incredible. Easy walk to so many shopping options. Right on a beautiful canal.

Bathroom smells strongly, bad. Seemed clean so it might be a water leak, must type issue. It was unfortunate as otherwise things were great with the room and location.There is a bar right below us so there was lots of noise, smoke smell coming in the entry, hall and room, but for some this could be a positive.Noises from upstairs and down the hall were loud in our room. Sound proofing could be improved. It could have been worse if we were going to bed early and leaving early, but for us we were keeping late hour so it wasn’t a problem.

We stayed in the older building which had 2 flights of very steep stairs

The room was very large, with several chairs and a sofa and lots of space to put things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a 7 minute walk from the train station and right in old town so it was easy to walk everywhere.

We had a family room (with a sofa bed and a large king-size bed) - perfect for four. It was qite spacious with the view a the street. It's hardly a 5-7 walk from the Weesp train station, so that was good. We also checked in quite late, but the staff was quite cordial and helped us arrange for our late arrival.

It was an open shower, which led to water flowing all over the place in the bathroom. As the shower and the toilet were connected, you were always walking through this wet floor. The provision of a wiper would already be a big help.

We had to change the room because it was a bit noisy, but this was soon rectified. the breakfast was excellent, I was really looked after as I needed a Gluten free diet.The location was really good with lots of places to visit, there were many restaurants and bars.

Our room was not made up on the day after we arrived, and also on the next day. We got there in the end.

The beds were comfortable.

Check in after 2100 was via a key safe which took approx 30 minutes and at least 12 attempts to open ("emergency telephone number" failed to respond) - no reception staff to discuss the room and potentially move to a better more comfortable room. Window view was the building next door about 2 metres away. No hand towels or bath (floor) mat in the room - reception closed so could not get until the next day. Room was very basic and, in my opinion very poor value for money - over 200 Euro per night no bottled water just two odd glasses in the bathroom. No tea/cofee facilities in the room, and when I asked (in the evening) if I could get a hot drink from the machine in the breakfast area I was told very sharply that only if I paid extra! I have stayed in better rooms in budget motorway hotels. Bar did not appear to be open at all during our stay, nowhere to sit and relax in the hotel, access was restricted to reception hours only - so effectively closed after 2100. And this was not the cheaper "cosy room" as I paid a little more for a more comfortable and enjoyable weekend
