Lovely location, peaceful and close to Matakana and wineries. Solar heated pool was nice too

Beautiful setting, immaculate grounds. Classy Villa with everything so well thought out. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the whole stay.

Kitchen facilities were a bit restrictive for a three bedroom property No oven or hob I also thought bathroom products supplied were a bit old fashioned compared to other similar properties we have stayed at recently

Spacious, clean villa with all the amenities I could think of and beautiful views! Added plus points were the pool and lovely leisure walk. It is also very close to Matakana village and Brick Bay

Nothing I didnt like

nice cabin and location very quiet though hardly anyone staying there.

Very over priced for a mid week low season stay.I felt offended at been offered a minimal offering of bar snacks at silly prices when paying $500 a night.Plenty of high quality places at least offer a nice breakfast at that price and cheaper.

Location, accessibility, lay out. This venue was perfect for our circumstances. We need accessible accommodation with wheelchair friendly facilities. Plume was the best venue we have EVER stayed in - world wide. Cannot rate them high enough.

Everything was grand

The two bedroom units were great to travel with another couple. Bedrooms and ensuites were completely separate and the beds and pillows were exceptional.

Not enough support in the disable bathroom

Fantastic accommodation - loved our stay and our room. Staff were also fantastic at accommodating us.

Would be great to have more winter facilities like spa since pool is closed during winter.

The units are exceptional, very classy and comfortable, heaps of space and well performing WiFi

Kitchen doesn't support cooking meals, just reheating & coffee, tea etc (but with an attached restaurant and being so close to Matakana & Warkworth re other restaurants / takeaways you don't need this anyway).1st world issue: Thought the media center system connected to the TV was cumbersome (bad UI) and slow to operate - fortunately had bought our own unit as was our 3rd stay!

Lovely stay at Plume Villa, all amenities were just great, will stay again.

The AV remote for Sky etc. was sluggish and mostly unresponsive. Power cycled all devices at the wall and it bounced back to life.

It was close to the restaurant we had booked dinner at.

Didn’t like the unit we were allocated. Prefer a view.

Love the villas, view and quietness

Couldn't use pool ( didn't expect it to be heated - love a cold swim .)Stayed in August last year and nice touch complimentary bottle of wine. Not this time.Same price for off peak stay as summer, seems unreasonable.

The close location to Auckland and the variety of activities, restaurants, an wineries in the area, along with the beautiful scenery.

Amazing surroundings and the walk around the premises was so calming. The staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and made an effort to chat with us. We will be back :)

We loved our stay at plume villas. Everything was well done and all facilities within the room were excellent.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we had to go into Matakana for dinnerWe will definitely stay again

The staff were friendly and very helpful. When I booked my villa I advised Plume that I have difficulty walking so Denise gave me one of their villas for disabled people. The villa was immaculate and spacious. The bathroom was amazing and had a pull down seat which I used when showering. .
