Location, private parking, cost

Good location close to the Warner park. The room was fine and the breakfast was ok.

Parking facilities were good. The reception was very helpful.

The breakfast was not great. Basic options were available.

"Victoria Valdemoro Hotel" is a very nice place to stay. The room was comfortable, it was quite and the stuff was very kind and helpful, especially Amulina (not sure if the spelling is correct), who did her best to let us feel like home. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets just next to the hotel. There is also a private parking that belongs to the hotel, so there is no need looking for a place to park in the streets. Madrid is half an hour drive away from Valdemoro.

Good hotel for a short stop. Very well set up if a little spartan. Breakfast was good. Free parking. Good price.

A little noisy outside from the early hours.

Clean room

There is no Internet on the second floor and no Internet on the TV. I was given a ridiculous response as to why the Internet was not available. Fourth floor rooms were very noisy ( central heater ratling) and we had to change rooms.

It’s was the worst hotel experience. The walls are so thin that in the middle of the night i thought someone broke into our room and in the bathroom started having a good time.. Oh my god.. i never thought that this is possible.. you feel like you are sleeping with couple of strangers in the same room. Hostel not a hotel.. very bad oh my god.

Located in the beautiful town of Valdemoro, shops and restaurants are close

Parking space is not big. The extra parking is available but a little bit away from the hotel

The room was modern and a good size. The bed was a little firm but comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free parking was a real bonus. Transport links to Madrid were terrific with trains every twenty minutes. The included breakfast was excellent. We wish we had had more time to explore Valdemoro itself and will certainly return to do so.

All good but could be better. Very basic breakfast.

It seems like the hotel has two parts. We stayed in the older part, which was a bit tired. The walls are very thin. You can hear people speak in the room next to you

Very good beds, great hotel room and bathroom and staff were very welcoming and helpful

The breakfast service was good and the parking lot was very handy, given the time we arrived at the hotel.

It was very hot and we could have used a small fridge to keep our water bottles cool.

The staff was nice

The rooms were not the ones on the pictures, they only show the renovated ones. We were in the old building. In our room, it was not clean, Air conditioning not working properly (we had 36degre that day) and really loud, no soundproofing, we can hear the people next room speaking, going to the toilet, and their own air conditioning working like we are in one room. It was really bad, we just wanted to relax after 10h of car travelling.
