Hotel Reston Valdemoro

Centric location, pleasant view

Smoking outside the room preventing the enjoyment of opening the window. The throwing of doors at early hours interrupted sleep. Not having late check out.

Nice location to stay after visiting the Warner Park. Clean and simple and with a good car parking.

Breakfast was a bit poor and it ends at 10 am. That is unsuitable if you wish to rest a little bit latter. Pool opens only at 11 am and checkout is at 12 so people that are checking out are not supposed to enjoy the pool during the morning.

Friendly and welcoming staff, modern and clean rooms

Beds a little on the firm side

So clean and modern rooms and the on site parking helps and the staff were fantastic

Location and restaurant next to hotelBed very comfortable and linen of good quality.

Very poor quality breakfast products and poor choices . No hot food available and coffee not good quality or hotel

Very cozy, beautiful and clean hotel. The only downside is the very poor breakfast. Everything else is wonderful.

Very poor breakfast

Easy to park on the street outside for free.Good neighbourhood. The breakfast was good as it was included. They had alternative milks which was handy as my wife is vegan.

All was as expected.

Close to the Warner parks. Staff were friendly.

No coffee making facilities or water offered in room and the vending machines card machine was not working so could not get a drink.

Perfect place to stay especially on route to Santander nice area to walk with or without dog.

Selected the hotel as a stopover on the way between Santander and Nerja, was approximately half way, did not use hotel restaurant as a wedding was happening however there was ample local restaurants available within walking distance. Matrices was excellent

The hotel advertised parking and when you get there there is an 11 euro charge which was not mentioned, plenty of free parking outside the hotel

Breakfast and room

Concierge very unhelpful regarding the WiFi which I required

Very clean

The breakfast was very poor and the guy from the restaurant was rude and grumpy. Very dissapointed.

I would have loved eggs but forgive us we are British and some tea but we loved your hospitality a little more fruit cocktail

Just the breakfast

Comfortable room and parking on site.

Dinner not easy as not many were eating.

Very comfortable stay, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast

Pool not available yet til 15th June

Great facilities and clean.

Bar staff were a bit miserable

The staff really did go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable but also to make us feel extra special even with our little dog who got her own bed and bowl and a little welcome gift. As Brits we love a cuppa so we asked if we could rent a kettle and was promptly provided with one free of charge. Very beautiful, clean hotel

Nothing really. Dogs not welcome in the restaurant but thats pretty standard and completely acceptable and we were aware of this anyway. They did say it was ok to leave the dog unattended in our room but we chose to eat breakfast in stages to allow company for our dog (as she barks alone)

Clean and good location

Didn’t think the breakfast was value for money.

Clean, goid restaurant, nice staff.

Could have coffee maker in room.

The room was very clean an nice, and the breakfast very good

They want to charge extra 14 € for parking my car in the parking lot , if I pay the hotel room the parking must be included
