Good location for us, just off the motorway with lots of good eating options very close, also like the safe parking and chargers for EV on site and variety of fast charging very close.comfy rooms with good air con, good selection for breakfast and comfortable public areas

under the beds had not been swept or hoovered - that the only thing i can think of

Breakfast was very delicious, stuff was friendly and overall was value the price. Room was clean.

Little improvement to the shower would make perfect stay, room is a bit too small for two people but for the price is ok.

The room was tiny and the floor of the bathroom was plastic, like a roulotte. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Large television in the breakfast room was a nuisance when trying to eat.

We always stay here en route to our French house as it is reliably spotless and very comfortable. We're making a special point of giving a glowing review this time as my wife unwittingly left her (favourite) silk dressing gown behind and the lady cleaning our room (luckily straight after we vacated it) found it and ran from the 2nd floor all the way to the car park to return it to her. Now THAT is excellent service and we're enormously grateful. This was around 11am on morning of Monday 7 April 2025 and our room was 221 so I do hope the member of staff concerned is duly thanked and appreciated by the Management!

Cleanliness and spacious well equipped rooms.

Nothing really but can be tricky to find during rush hour as it’s a central location but has dedicated parking.

Room just a little small.

Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and location was perfect. Was a last minute change of booking as original booking would have meant very late arrival after ferry delay.

Was much more expensive compared to first booking

Handy modern hotel very close to the A13 south of Rouen with a good choice of restaurants round the corner. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly gentleman on reception. The bedroom, certainly not the most roomy we have stayed in, although compact was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with 2 pillows each, one memory foam, (which was very comfortable too). The shower room was also very compact but very clean and equipped with everything we needed.Great continental breakfast, more choice than other hotels we have stayed in.

The room was smaller than most we have stayed in.

Room was outdated. Shower was not completely clean. Room to small and really narrow. You hurt yourself when walking past the TV as room is super narrow. Smell of the sheets was horrible smelled of a really strong disinfectant

Great location for travel south. Very clean. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Efficient check in. Fab shower. Great kettle. Fantastic stopover, we will be back.
