This is a very basic "motel" with clean rooms. The breakfast is EXCELLENT, and the location is near other restaurants. Great for travelers.

Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Basic, but as expected. Vefy convenient and eating close to hotel very good.

Good location just off the main route with restaurants nearby. Nice reception staff, clean room, comfortable bed and decent shower. Stayed here a few times now.

The rooms are too small. No frige. The mattress was just lying on a piece of board. There's a huge hole in the washbasin in the room.

Nothing as although it’s a motel, it isn’t open for checkin after 9pm on a Sunday. I was delayed on the motorway and was therefore unable to access the property as there is a closed gate across the entrance to the car park. There is no number to call and no staff on site: it’s hard to believe that in 2024 a motel doesn’t have 24h keypad entry

The walls and paint work were very dirty.i couldn't open the bathroom door it was so tight.my husband did it for me...on the outside of the bathroom door and round it was filthyI think booking.com should be ashamed to recommend this place .

Location was very good. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was great.

Room was very small. It all needed to be refurbished. No soundproofing from other guests. Were woken up continually till after 3.00 a.m. with people arriving and shouting. Shower head fell off and was not connected properly. Needs major maintenance.

Directions to hotel. The large Kyriad sign was not visible from the approach road we used, as it was hidden by an even larger sign of the restaurant in front. So roadside signage would help...or use the restaurant as a marker in the joining instructions

The hotel is close to A13 and A154 handing for a stop off when travelling to the South West Nice helpful staff

Having used the property several times I have always stated that although it is basic it was always clean. Not on this occasion. Our room was filthy, Not just from the previous occupants but had not been cleaned in a long time As we arrived after a long journey and after reception had closed we had no option but to use the room

Clean and comfortable, well priced budget hotel for an overnight stay, very conveniently located and near to restaurants.

Bathrooms are a bit small but very functional with good shower.

A late booking as our original hotel had closed so it was a welcome place to stay but very basic

We've stayed here a few times now and the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the showers are good (although a little tight), everything you need for a 1 night stopover en route at a very reasonable price. It's just off the motorway junction with 5 restaurants within walking distance.

Wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but not really a problem given the cost.

Nothing. Messaged to say we were delayed by 30.mins. followed booking.com procedure as per the instructions. Number given for hotel was a call center also closed. Arrived, place all shut and no one to check us in. Luckily Ibis around corner could accommodate. Want our money back!!
