The beach and water activities

The organization of meals. The food quality is very good but the buffet gets a bit chaotic as everyone tries to get food in a tight 1.5 hour window. Better would be to assign two rounds of seating (ie: 12:30 and 13:00).

Disappointing

Old facilities, mold on the walls, I found ants in my bed. I Had to change room 3 times during 2 days. Food was simple in comparing with others hotels on Sicily. Not recommended

It is a scam. Not really pet friendly . We paid extra for our dog and he had to be locked in the room for the duration of our stay as he was not allowed anywere. Food is not good at all . You have to pay extra to get a soft drink at lunch and dinner. Drinks are really expensive . Cant get any food outside breakfast lunch or dinner hours. Also communication is very hard, only a very few will speak to you in english. Horrible experience never again

The nature

The room was disaster very old with dirty walls and with humidity, the food very poor quality, the staff don’t speak English and not friendly. Even though we were all inclusive you needed to pay to have a table inside otherwise you had to eat in the heat outside. Also to have beach towels you needed to pay too. To have these things for free we needed to choose the option extra all inclusive. Never heard about this before.

Location is undeniably stunning with its beautiful beach and nice swimming pools. The staff responsible for the entertainment (animatori) were fantastic, their shows are amazing and they are always so welcoming.

The rest of the staff was incredibly disappointing. Starting with the reception, it felt like they had recruited people fresh out of an internship who totally lacked the desire to help. The lack of professionalism was shocking for a place of this caliber.It only got worse at the beach bar, especially during the afternoon on Ferragosto. The man working there was outright rude and disrespectful, making what should have been a relaxing day at the beach a frustrating experience. It's a shame because the resort itself has so much potential, but the service truly lets it down.

They really need to work a lot about the buffet and the food I was shocked about the food I even paid all inclusive and I had to go to eat out side because when you are in Sicily definitely you have to eat good

The beaches and the location and the food was delicious.. drinks were abit expensive but not very high.. the air-conditioning of the room wasn't that good as well..

Staff is not helpfull. My room smell chloride. Wi-fi was not avalable 2 days, what was very uncomfotable. Not recommended. Furthermore I didn't recevied invoice for my stay.

Location and Facilities are amazing. Food was good, even though one would expect a little more from a place like Sicily, but way more than decent considering it was a buffet. We were on a full board basis, breakfast was by far the best every day.

Was surprised that using beach towels for guests staying less than 5 nights, was also at a cost, not just the caution money.

Food service improved since our last visit.They have nice beach and spacious rooms and we enjoyed both pools that are very nice.The baby restaurant was always operative and very nicely organized

Pools are very nice but they should definitely mandate the use of pool diapers for babies (we had to free the pool to allow for extra cleaning when people realised water was contaminated)

Very pleasant stay - kids have alot what to do - food is good - we had a great time overall

Next time we will enquire on an all inclusive option - its a hassle to keep topping up for the drinks or icecreams taken by the bar

We had a ground floor garden room. Everything is within easy reach from the surrounding blocks. The pool was clean and it was easy to find a deckchair at all times. Table was assigned for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so no need to look gor a place each time. Buffet was great at all times. But most of all we want to thank the poolside staff, doctors, receptionists, drivers at the village and the room cleaning staff that helped my husband in any way, when he felt suddenly sick. Fantastic staff everywhere!
