The staff is very attentive. The Manager Elena is very professional and has excellent customer service and management skills.It was one of best experiences We had while on vacation in Georgia. They providing day tours with professional guid and drivers, you can get local sim card in the reception with unlimited internet. They booked for us the restaurant for the dinner with Georgian dancing accompanied. So we get all the services at one place which is wonderful and easy. They have bufe for the breakfast it was delicsious and with many options. I highly recommend this place to my friends and to all the tourists who's traveling in Tbilisi.

Nice spacious rooms, good staff, decent breakfast, good location.

The room on my floor only had a small window which you cant see out of, also the ac only seemed to provide heating.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Great terrace with an amazing view, we brought wine and it was amazing!

The shower design was a little weird, the water went all over.

We were told we were upgraded, but we were put in a smaller room, with smaller bathroom, and the water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom and there was no drain for the water to go through. Meaning our entire stay, we had a completely flooded bathroom that started smelling.

One of the receptionists was not very helpful. The curtains did not fit the windows.

-The staff, for sure! Warm and friendly people. Special mention to Ana who was super helpful. The manager, Elena, is always around checking on guest wellbeing. -The rooms were a good size and the beds very, very comfortable. There is a fridge, tea/coffee facilities in the room and water bottles.-housekeeping kept the place spotless! -Breakfast is adequate with eggs on request and a range of fruits and cereals and deli meats. -The terrace of our room had gorgeous views of the city and was a great space to wind down the day. -Fluffy towels and bathrobes, dental kits and slippers were great touches. -location wise too it was great as it is a 5 minutes walk to a metro station, and maybe 5-7 minutes walk to Old Town, peace bridge, etc.

The shower gel and shampoo in dispensers seemed out of step with the quality of the room and hotel. That could have been better. Also no conditioner. But thats a minor issue as Carrefour is just 2 minutes away.

Extremely clean facility. Location was PERFECT. Very central to all the attractions in Tbilisi. The staff was exceptional. very hospitable. We had an issue with our shower in the middle of the night and the front desk sent a plumber immediately to fix the issue. Excellent value for the quality we enjoyed.

Delux apartment panoramic windows and large terrace with incredible view. Comfortable large bed. Air conditioning availability.

Bad soundproof. Bad soundproof with next apartments and with a staircase and a corridor.Poor breakfast.

We booked it for our family vacation and loved it. The staff was helpful. The location is ideal. We booked 2 rooms, they have a shared terrace which has amazing view. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

If you are looking for hala food nearby, it was an issue but the food delivery apps are quite good. If booking, make sure you book a package including breakfast as buying breakfast on the spot is a bit expensive.

The location and facility is good. Same in the photos. Breakfast can be a bit more rich but still quite enough. Recommended.

I didn't face with any bad experience during my stay. Hotel and crew is quite helpful in general. They'll do their best to fix it even you have a problem.

hotel is new, has a big balcony in top floor. very close to old town and best locastion for tourists. brickfist is good and air condiction is cool.

hotel is close to a big way and not quite in the night, can not sleep well. tv is not working, anyhow not need to watch TV.

We had a room on first floor with small inner court. Room has all you need, we didnt found any issues. Lady on reception was very nice and friendly. Breakfasts are tasty.

Clean room, tasty breakfast, great service. upon our request they provided us with well organized airport transfer. there is a pharmacy, a change and a supermarket nearby, restaurants, wine shops in a minute walk

nothing wrong, it was perfect for our two-day stay

Avoid if possible

One of my worst hotel stay experiences. The manager tried to take advantage of us, asking 100 Lari (almost 35 euros !!!) for a lost plastic key card. She later negotiated the price in an obvious attempt to make money off a lost plastic card! This is the first time I have faced such a situation. It's a shame that such behavior has ruined the image of an otherwise average hotel. I would definitely NOT recommend it!

I reserved a night at Bricks Hotel due to my upcoming flight back to Dubai. Its location proved to be optimal, just a 5-minute stroll from the Cable car. The hotel's pricing was quite reasonable, and the amenities offered were of good quality. The receptionist warmly greeted me upon arrival, and since the booking had been made in advance, the rooms were prepared for check-in. Our accommodation was a family room with a terrace, providing a splendid view of the cityscape, including churches, the cable car, bridges, and the Mother of Georgia monument. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with the exception of the bathroom, which required some attention and maintenance. Complimentary breakfast was part of our package, featuring satisfying Halal choices. Despite omelettes not being available on the buffet, the staff was accommodating and prepared them specially for our family. Given my experience, I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel.

Location of Bricks Hotel is very good, walking distance from many tourist locations. One of the reception ladies was very friendly. Family room was big with a double bed plus a single bed. Still plenty of space.

Breakfast was way below par with hardly anything meaningful to eat. First day, kids wanted to have cereal but there was no milk. When we asked, the staff said its finish and we don't have more which was a surprise considering it was a buffet. Some staff members could be more friendly, specially in the breakfast area. No iron or iron board, when we kept requesting for 2 days.

Location is good, close to tourist attraction points. Reception lady who checked us in was friendly.

It was hot and rooms / corridors on 3rd floor were hot. AC in the room hardly worked during the day. Breakfast is also not worth spending on. It's better to save money and have it outside at some better restaurant or coffee shop. Attitude of some staff members, specially at breakfast area.
