the only good thing is the location

The day before they sent me a message by WhatsApp telling me that they had no rooms available, it was all a scam. Dirty rooms, the floor carpet was black, the room had no windows. The bathroom smelled like a pipe, the shower didn't work. We had a deluxe room and they refused to give it to us. The worst breakfast in all of Georgia, all pre-cooked.

I love the fact that I was welcomed by the manager of the hotel himself and ushered into the hotel, they helped me to book my tours and made it easier for my pick ups and drop offs.Break fast was excellent ? ? selection from a wide variety of choices.very tasty tooThe decor amazing. The staff very receptive.The over all service was amazing ? ? ?

The fact that snacks were stocked in my fridge and I had to pay for them. I think for a good welcome the first snacks should be stocked for the customer's use.

Location, room, breakfast

The room was comfortable, the bed was fine. It was cozy and quiet. There's not an actual window, though, I was warned about that so no big deal.

The breakfast was serced way too late in the morning (8:30-11), which was an inconvenience because the top reason for booking the hotel was because is served breakfast. The receptionist offered to oack cold breakfast, which was a nice gesture but the breakfast was still not eatable.

The stay was good, staff speaks english really good, the location is perfect, it is located in the center itself. many restaurants and coffee shops Next to it.

The location is very good, just near Liberty Square. Acess to public transport is very convenient and many attractions of the Tbilisi are on walking distance. The staff of the hotel was nice and cooperative.

I recently stayed at Aqualiberty Hotel in the heart of Tbilisi and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the center of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major attractions and vibrant local culture. The staff at Aqualiberty truly made my stay memorable, especially Poorya. His exceptional service and friendly demeanor stood out, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. The hotel itself is very clean, with immaculate rooms and well-maintained common areas. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, ensuring that everything was spotless and comfortable. Overall, Aqualiberty Hotel provides a perfect blend of excellent location, dedicated staff, and top-notch cleanliness. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Staff must know English. The wash basin mixers are square profile with sharp edges leading to finger injuries. Very small wash basin.Limited choices of breakfast. Very slow lift....Back rooms has no window and no brass even ... so you are in small jail cell.

The above said .... I will not write again ...

Location of this hotel is just 10/10. Absolutely recommend if you are searching for a central location for your stay.

Breakfast was miserable. Absolutely. Starting from coffee finishing with food served, nothing looked fresh.. in my view, for 4stars hotel breakfast should be MUCH better.

Great Location, just opposite liberty Square , there is everything nearby malls , restaurants, tourist spots just walkable distance. The triple room is just so awesome, big spacious room and bathroom , superb breakfast spread for vegetarian, smiling staff. Everything is just awesome in this hotel, just 1 drawback there is no parking facility to load and unload luggage so you have to stop the car little away from hotel to load and unload the luggage, but if you call hotwl they will send staff to collect luggage. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Bad experience, room details are not the same with our reservation. The pictures totally different with the real ones. Our room is too small. Dirty stain on the carpet. Noisy and received a phone call on hotel phone at 2.30 am. We complianed and they said it never happened. We were honest spilled wine on the carpet and we reported immediately when wet. Nobody to clean immediately, just checked and said would be ok, he said will clean it. Later we suddenly charged because of that. But i have proof that the carpet was not clean at all since we came, covered with large stain. We paid what we drank from mini bar but we forgot our chacha but they didn't mention it. Never got this experience at another hotel. We travel alot and the worst things that we are treated not honest.

Not honest and when we mentioned they became very rude and even threatend to call police. We really felt we didn't do anything wrong so we encouraged him to call the police, b@ut than he put away his phone and didn't he was pure bluffing. We don't need to explain how intimidating such threat is when you are in a foreign country!

The staff was so kind and helpful. Especially they helped us so much when we needed them because of a health issue. So kudos to the Customer Service Manager also ??The location was walking distance to many restaurants, bars and important sightseeing places.

Great staff, always smiling and definitely doing their very best to make our stay pleasant. Location could not be better, everything is within walking distance; public transport is available if needed.There is a huge mall just a couple of blocks away from the hotel. If you have a car, there is no parking available; however, you can park the car at the mall for as long as you wish and the price is extremely affordable. The room is very spacious. We will come back soon to Tbilisi and definitely this will be the place to stay again.

Breakfast is average and it can be improved a lot, especially offering more fruits, better quality juice and fresh bread.
