Employees need more training on service language and guest handling.

I booked a deluxe room, but the light next to the bed was broken, specifically it wouldn't turn off. Can anyone sleep with a light on right in front of their eyes? The hotel stated that there was parking, but an additional fee was charged for charging an electric car, which was not stated.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and had a pleasant ambiance.

My stay was short, so I didn’t get the chance to try the food or breakfast. However, I found the staff not particularly friendly, and not all of them smiled.

The staff was excellent—always quick to respond to requests and able to find solutions efficiently, which made the stay much smoother. The restaurant was a real highlight, a great spot to spend the evening without needing to go anywhere else. The hotel’s central location was very convenient under 20 min walking distance to the city centre, old town, galleries and top restaurants/cafees, and having parking included was a big plus. I also appreciated the unique design and artistic touches throughout the building, which gave the place character and charm, very close to Stamba vibes.

Accounting it is 5 star hotel - there are not enough facilities in the hotel - the gym felt quite small and there was no spa, which would have been nice additions. Breakfast wasn’t included, which was a bit disappointing for the overall value. In my room, the toilet’s fan extractor was unusually loud, and although the technician tried, they couldn’t fix it—likely an issue specific to that room. The bath soaps and shampoos could be improved—currently there is only one generic washing liquid for both body and hair, rather than branded toiletries. In the restaurant, they didn’t allow adding extra chairs to tables, which limited flexibility for groups. Depending on the room number, facing the central road could also mean some noise.

Very clean and well maintained room, comfortable bed and pillows (though could be better), excellent bathroom with strong water pressure and bidet, fast Wi-Fi, delicious food at the hotel restaurant, professional and polite front desk, doormen, and porters, safe and lively location, and beautiful style mixing classic and modern.

Loud music from the restaurant at night was very disturbing, no orthopedic/medical pillows available, and housekeeping staff seemed unfriendly when asked for cleaning.

The breakfast was bad , and the rooms where not clean, you can see dust everywhere in the rooms

The decor was beautiful. Art everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly. The bar staff was so lovely. We ordered unusual drinks and they welcomed the challenge with smiles.

I booked two different rooms , however I requested the hotel staff to cancel one room to refund the money back. The staff promised to return it back within some days. I’m still waiting for this response.Please assist in getting this money
