Breakfast is acceptable in term of varieties, Front office & reception are friendly

Breakfast buffet is the same daily. The property is big, whereas, it was tough to handle my luggage's since they do not have any concierge at the reception upon check in and they only had 1 luggage trolley to serve the whole guests, which is not convenient at all with such a big property and traffic upon check in, so yo very much need to handle everything by yourself in that hotel. the staff is too slow in terms of cleanness at the restaurant, although they were not much table occupied and traffic in the area but many tables were kept uncleaned for some time.

One of the better Novotels we have stayed at. Seemed new with great indoors, great rooms, comfortable beds with fresh linen, extremely friendly staff (Keto, the night manager, was very sweet and helpful). All in all a great hotel.

The only drawback is its location. It is in some really darkly lit alley, not unsafe, but making it less attractive. While the Trinity Church view is good from some rooms, the location could be a deal breaker for some.

Water inside the washroom for cleaning no need to fill bottle of water as we muslim that is very important, very clean, amazing location. Internet was not good at all

Nice hotel, well built, rooms designed well, comfortable mattresses, bedding is very nice as expected for Novotel hotel.Stuff is nice and all speak good English. However, they don’t rush to follow up on requests, though they would eventually..

No shower cap given, no bath robes. Have to ask for it. Room service charge 30 lari extra for delivering food. There’s no room service menu in the room or anywhere.The restaurant works only during breakfast times.

Breakfast was served on the fifth floor with a view of the city. It was beautiful. I really enjoyed the opportunity to have breakfast on the open terrace.

It is very difficult to find hotel staff early in the morning. We almost missed our flight. At any other time of day, the staff responded quickly and everyone was very friendly.

Location was great. It is a new hotel, very quiet, easy walking in the neighborhood. Restaurant was good and convenient.

The thermostats were not functioning so it was really hot in the rooms.

The hotel is located close to the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and the staff were hospitable.

I liked the location, as it was accessible by public transportation (metro) with only a 300-meter walk, and the area was pleasant. The breakfast menu was nice, and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful. They assisted when they saw my hands were full, and they even opened the terrace door for me.

I booked the property because it stated that it had EV charging facilities and private parking. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the charging station was not ready, and the private parking was unavailable. Instead, I had to park in a public area around the property, which, although they tried to keep spaces free, was entirely public.Additionally, the trash cans inside the room had a terrible smell. I had to wash them myself and place them outside on the balcony to air out. When I asked for trash bags for the bins, I was told that they do not provide any trash bags on the property, which was quite inconvenient. The swimming pool was also not clean. Despite the room being cleaned during our stay, the bathroom was not properly attended to. Hair that had fallen on the first day remained there until the last day.Furthermore, the staff’s level of English was not sufficient for an international hotel, and I expected better in that regard. Even for the EV charging, they did not provide any helpful information about the nearest charging station or which app I should use. This left me confused, and although I eventually managed it on my own, it caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Great location, near to several supermarket and fruits market. New hotel facility was good room was a bit small but good to rest, very quiet.

Staff should interact more with their guest, they barely say hi or hello its ok, but i think being friendly and giving more interaction will change the atmosphere of the place.

It is new hotel, it is very clean . Very good continental breakfast. Nice view from our room on the 4th floor

The personel was not always reactive: we asked for the things to be fixed in our room in the morning and finally it was done only after our reminder in the evening. Noone is looking after the swimming pool: was not posdible to get towels or matresses for the sunbeds

Perfect location and very comfort hotel.

There was no robe and slippers in room. Sauna was off during our stay.

New hotel, nice bed, they had special pillows, terrace with a view on the rooftop, room temperature, water bottles in the room, loved normal hangers in the wardrobe for pants and tops (shows that u are not scared someone will steal them:))))!)

Breakfast could be improved - was very european, would be nice to see local things too or to have possibility to order different type of eggs, porridges; hair conditioner and body cream would be nice to have in the showerPillow cases were “biting” the face:)) slept on my silk nightdress. Not sure is it cotton + wool or where that feeling came from
