The hotel is absolutely beautiful and highly recommended.The balcony view is breathtaking.The room was very clean, with elegant décor and great attention to detail.Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was delicious.The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.The hotel is located on a hill, but taxis can easily reach it, and there are stairs that provide direct access to the main street.The location is perfect, close to all major tourist attractions.We will definitely visit again.

Nice boutique hotel, clean and with nice views.

Going up the hill is a bit tiring specially if you have a child in a stroller.

Location is great!Walking distance to many places. We spent the entire time walking from and to the hotel.The hotel itself is very homey and quiet. It was lovely. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

There is an unpleasant smell in some of the rooms and bathrooms.It smells very humid and weird.

Is no parking place, the staff showed a place i "can park" but nut sure it was legal and safe to park thereit was hot in the room with closed window and a lot of noise with open window and hard to sleep

The property is at a convenient location. The view is great. The building has a clean and cozy feel to it. The breakfast was awesome

The AC did not work. The room got hot often and I was told to just open the balcony door. That would’ve been fine if there weren’t people smoking cigarettes in the balconies next to mine. The smoke and smell was coming inside. Also the sound of traffic due to the close by Main Street made sleeping impossible with the door open. It was more convenient to sleep in the hot than have the balcony door open. Another issue was that the bidet was leaking a lot and not working. The hotel sent a guy to fix it but he tweaked the bidet so hard that the pressure was nearly unbearable. It felt like I was using a fire hose and not a bidet.

No spa or gym or restaurants / bars in the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was absolutely delicious with many food options to choose from. Especially want to thank you the staff for accommodating to our nut allergies.

The hotel doesn’t have parking. Parking is on the sidewalks of a very narrow street.

Amazing breakfast! Nice location. Man who is probably owner or the host is very kind, as well as the girl working in the restaurant for breakfast. Hotel has a nice atmosphere, like you are at cozy home.

The location in the Center Of Tibilsi, makes it a great center point to all your plans

The Sound Of the Ac's in the rooms, we had to change the room twice with the same problem.

Breakfast was great! Location was also very good! I have no complaints. It was a safe and cozy area very close to the center. Just 5-8 minutes of walk from that central squares.

The room was wonderful, I felt so spoiled being there! Room came with big towels, a bathrobe, all the things you need to feel relaxed. It was very peaceful. A short walk from the center of the city, and the walk takes you across a very cool bridge, that I would not have found otherwise. I typically stay in hostels, so staying here was a splurge for me and it was so worth it.

Beautiful! Well maintained great room with everything required close to great restaurants

I have traveled to over 56 countries around the world and this breakfast was 3rd best breakfast I have had on my trips. (Six Senses Shaharut Resort In Israel #1, Swedish breakfast #2 & Passport Hotel #3 best). It was very healthy, tasty and many selections: yogurts, lentils, beets, quinoa, cheeses etc.

The 3rd shift security office (man ) was strange and very rude. He was the taller security officer on night shift.
