Everything was good. Breakfast very good as well. Location is also very good and view from the hotel is excellent. All in all great value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located at steep slope and would be an issue for elderly and small kids to walk to the hotel. Reception staff could be little more polite and accommodating.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the whole city of Tbilisi and the beautiful green mountains. The room itself was comfortable and well-suited to our stay

The location was not very convenient, as it was surrounded by rough roads. The service was also disappointing — no one helped us with our luggage, and when we checked out, there was no staff at the reception desk, so we had to leave the key on our own.

It was our first time in Tbilisi, and this hotel made a very good first impression! First, the location is amazing. It’s very near the old town (you have to walk a bit uphill but I didn’t mind it since it’s a nice walk). Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place and I’d stay here again when I go back to Tbilisi.

Location is away from markets and good restaurants. Vegetarian items in breakfast menu to be increased.

We were a family of three couple and a child. The hotel was excellent for the value. We requested for room with a view and what exceptional views of the city we got too good. The room was beautiful neat and clean. Services were also very good . Good responsive staff and reception. Honestly I have zero complaints. The breakfast had variety of options which changed every 2 days. Plus it was halal. All in all I am so pleased that I will stay here again if I come .

Customer service is bad, they are so mean and not helpful at all. Maybe this is something in their culture a lot of Georgian people are mean and not friendly at all.

Everything was great. We have requested a baby cot and they provided. Because of baby, cleanse so important for us, this hotel so Clean and comfortable and it has a lift. Breakfast was great.

Location is great, however, hotel located a bit high point of Tbilisi. Walking up to hotel a bit hard.

- The location was good ,it is at old tbilisi near from mercury hotel ,- clean and tidy modern rooms but very small ,- the breakfast was good but the buffet area is too small !! 2 persons cannot stand beside each other !! - warm - no noise when u close the windows ??

- First of all we reserved 2 rooms with balconies ,they gave us 1 room only with balcony and it was on the 1st floor ! the second room on 3rd floor but without balcony !! - when we arrived the guy at the reception was very tuff and aggressive with us ( we arrived at 12:30 pm .. he told us the room is not ready yet and the check in at 2:00 pm .. i told him if there is any another empty room because y wife is pregnant and she is very tired .. his answer was no i don’t have any rooms and u must wait.. even he didn’t bring us a cup of water!!! ) we stayed at the reception with our bags maybe 1 hour till he gave us the room - ROOM 311 .. the room is very small .. very very small .. without balcony ( even i reserved with balcony ) ?- the toilet is very big and i wish i meet the designer ?because he designed a toilet bigger than the room itself !! also when u r taking a shower .. all the water will be on the floor and no mop to wipe the floor .. and I’m one of the people who bothers me very much that bathroom floor always wet ?- the room services stuff don’t put toothpaste ! everyday i must ask for a toothpaste to brush my teeth ! - u will get 2 small bottles of water everyday ( if u ask more u will be charged 4 GEL / each ) even we are the 3 persons ( Me ,my wife & my daughter) ! - after 11:00 am noway to get anything like food or something to drink because the kitchen is closed ( as the reception replied us ) ?

Beautiful, clean & wonderful hotel.The view from the balcony is fantastic.Breakfast was great and fresh.

Restaurant doesn’t working after breakfast, we want to eat something in the evening, but restaurant is closed, and we need to go to the someplace for dinner.In the room we always listen some noise, first of all we listen peoples from the side rooms, soundproofing is very very poor, and we listen some generator noise it’s always working and we listen it continuously, and sleep very badly.

Our stay at SOLE PALACE HOTEL was absolutely amazing! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback.

Road to Hotel in construction and need to hike up.After check in, the receptionist did not return my Passport. Luckily I got it back.

The location is great. Not too close and not too far away from the square. The room is clean, and the interior is so nice and creative. We loved the place! Definitely would stay here again.
