Zemeli Boutique Hotel by DNT Group

Great location -- close to the Rustaveli Metro station, bus from/to airport stops very close to hotel. Breakfast is very good -- made on premises, somewhat limited because of this, but quality is exceptional.

Windows and doors are not soundproofed at all. Voices on the street can be heard as if they were speaking next to your bed. Card key has hotel name and room written on it -- if you lost it, somebody will know where you stay and how to get in.

Great location, diverse and tasty breakfast, nice and fresh rooms, and most importantly comfortable mattresses!

Slight technical problems with the window lock and the shower valve. Also in the morning I could smell cigarettes in my room, probably came with ventilation which surely would have been a problem in case of a longer stay.

Very good location. Right next to a craft beer bar, that's right up my jam. Room is clean, nice, staff works 24/7 at reception. Nothing to complain really.

This is a great place to stay in Tbilisi! Lika and all the staff were very friendly and supportive. The location is excellent you can easily walk to many parts of the city. It's also just a 5 minute walk from the Big Bicycle Monument, where many day tours have their pick-up point. The breakfast was also very nice.

Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m., which made it difficult to have it on days when tours began earlier. Starting at 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. would be more convenient for guests with early departures.

Small hotel and not too many people in it. Very good location in the downtown with many activities around (local restaurants, bars, shops, city mall, spa, etc). Clean rooms, kind staff, good breakfast, free parking.Advice: book 4th floor rooms with very nice balcony (trees around, not dusty)

Didn’t find

The hotel is in a fab location, close to great bars and restaurants but just a short walk to the city center and museums. It's small enough to get to know the staff and the home cooked breakfast is the best!

Sulphur smells from the bathroom from time to time.

Kind of small room

Good location, nice design, clean, friendly stuff, decent if simple breakfast

The shower basically didn't work for the entire stay. They have a fancy thermostatic mixing valve that was either not calibrated or outright broken. The result was that the water in the shower was either scolding hot (too hot even for my wife who love steaming showers) or ice cold (way too cold even for me, who likes chilly showers). It took couple of days before technician was able to come declaring "it was fixed" when in reality nothing charged. To staff credit they tried to help, they claimed to lowered overall water temperature in hotel (which didn't charge anything) and even offered to swap rooms. We checked the offered room and it had the same issue, indicating a systematic problem. So we decided to stay in original rooms, but had to improvise by opening hot water in sink, reducing flow and dipping in and out of shower to make it barable. This significantly ruined the enjoyment of otherwise decent hotel. Somehow I expected shower to work even in chapter hotel, let alone from boutique hotel. Another minor issue was the sliding bathroom door that leaves ~4cm gap when closed. We aren't very shy, but I can easily imagine it can make some people uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and a decent breakfast

The front rooms are so noisy it is impossible to sleep. Request a back room. If you can only get a front room, insist on an upper floor. This noise would actually put me off using this hotel ever again (I used it several times this year, sometimes I was lucky with a back room, sometimes not).

Nice area, around bars and restaurants. You can walk to the hotspots of the city. Room is big and comfortable, and has a smart tv to watch netflix

The shower only had super hot water

Large and comfortable room, large and super comfortable beds. The location is perfect, near the metro.

Breakfast is not tasty, the hotel is outdated, does not justify the relatively high price.
