Hotel Livin

It’s clean and cozy hotel with very polite, kind and welcoming staff.The view of our room was awesome.One of the closest hotels to Sameba church and also it's close to some grocery stores and one good rate exchange.The breakfast is also very good and has many options to start our days.

The only thing that makes it 9.9/10 is our bed, which is combined from two single beds, and it feels when you are in center of bed. But the bed itself was so comfortable.

The staff are nice and helpful.The hotel is not located in the very center, but it’s within a reasonable distance.

The main concerns are cleanliness and maintenance.The property feels old and poorly kep, for example the carpets are extremely dirty, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.

Location is good as its close to main city

Poor facilities and unhelpful staff. No one to helpWith luggage when lift is out of service. No urgency to help the guests. It is what is is, you booked your loss.

Everyday the room was cleaned, fresh towels layed out and a bottle of water offered. The breakfast was made fresh and always different making it something to look forward to with curiosity. We were never disappointed. I also liked the fact that there was always a friendly staff member at the front desk 24/7 because our flights arrived during the wee hours of the morning. Last but not least, the swimming pool is open 24/7 for a refreshing dip after a hot day of sightseeing.

Perhaps the only thing to mention is the location since there is an uphill walk from the river but on the other hand, it’s next to the Holy Trinity Church and the view from rooms and terrace is fantastic.

Location is good and staff is so supportive and professional.

No elevators so tough for guests to carry luggage up and down.

The room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop was just breathtaking and the pool was super fun!

Not enough cluttery at the kitchen. But we managed;) The surrounding of the hotel is a bit broken but so is most of Tbilisi streets.

The inside of the hotel was great, clean and estetic .The view from the roof top was amazing! The pool was very cleand and the kids had a great time.The room was surrprisingly big , comfortable and very clean!!! You can cook your own food as there is a stove and the cluttery you need for it.But no dishwasher.

The area was a bit too broken but it was expected.Tbilisi is old and most of the places are like that. Nevertheless the hotel was very good. *The matress is very hard so be mind to it if you like soft matress...wifi is a bit weak and frequently disconnecting which was a bit anoying.

Liked the entrance of the hotel and the Terrance

I booked extra for late checkout option until 1400 but from there they were not allowing me to be there until 1400 saying all checkouts are until 1200. There was an option during my booking to pay extra for late check out and I chosed that but I haven’t got that service from the hotel receptionist.

Good location, it was about 10-15 min to the main location down the hill. Easy check in and check out.

Nicely located on the hill - recommending taking a room with city view. Right next to Trinity cathedral - from the terrace there is an incredible view of it.Rooms are clean, stuff is very friendly and helpful. We came by car and could just park on street in front of the hotel.Old city is reachable in 15min, the walk to there is nice.Breakfast also good!

We really enjoyed our stay on the Hotel Livin, we felt like we were at home. Big thanks to Eleni, she was excellent, very professional and extremely warm, our kids really liked her and even spoke with her after we left the hotel. The hotel is simple, but very comfortable and has everything you need. Good location, just next to the big cathedral and not far away from the old city. I can recommend this hotel for the families.

Almost everything was good. Tamari at the reception was always responsive and sympathetic.

Would be perfect to have any coffee machine at the breakfast.
