Extremely overrated hotel ! Dirty and smelly ! I don’t want to even get in the details . This hotel is a party hotel for locals , where they bring “women” to have fun . Had to leave earlier . Thank god the Managment was good enough to let me check out early , but they also knew how faulty the hotel is . And how many nasty events and issues had happened to my room with less than 12 hours . Try to buy out with a bottle of wine and apology card .

The staff were super helpful, the bed extremely comfortable, and the ambiance was very hip and peaceful.

I love the decor. It is wholly original. I had the wonderful experience of stumbling upon a choir from Ukraine singing in my hallway. This is Tbilisi. Art is everywhere. The food is so well prepared and they do work with you if you have allergies. The location does work. Everything is in walking distance. You must go to the cafe and try one of their many refreshing smoothies.

The room pricing is a bit too high. Breakfast should be included, in my opinion. The hallways can be a bit dark. Now there's one thing I am a bit confused about. I happened on a leather shop called LKhonsst. It's in one of the underground walkways. The proprietor is really quite talented and I have several of his small leather goods. They are well made and long lasting. Why isn't he in the boutique.?

Coming from Dubai where hotels are on point, Stamba blew us out of the water. The historical aspects, the refined services, artistic vibe, all culminate in an unforgettable stay. Special shout out to Shota who was wonderful!

Ended up staying at this hotel for an extended amount of time because it's one of the few places where you can get good internet. I love the concept of the hotel and the resulting in-room libraries.

The "gym" is the size of a thimble and not even located in the hotel; it's weird, there's no reason why a hotel of this size/caliber shouldn't have a real gym. Had an incident where the cleaning staff threw away things they shouldn't have. There's a lack of care for details & lack of grace with guests by the vast majority of the staff.

its very nice to have a full wall of a library. but i would rather prefer to have a gym or a spa facilutis.Some more lights in the loumge and the public areas could be very usefull.

Stamba is fantastic hotel that we have ever been. It includes several areas that you can spend time. Additionally, the building is fascinating and you would feel the soul.

The coffee machine did not work that we expected. It required waters and clean itself everytime. It is not easy to use although we have experience on several coffee machines. We write the comment to be taken action for it since it is not rekated to this hotel when you think about ıther features.

I loved the vibe of the hotel: the room, the in-house facilities, concept stores and the restaurants. The way the spaces bring everyone together, not just hotel guests, creates a lively hub that makes it easier to connect with people and get to know the country’s culture.

Amazing design good place and comfortable location

Noise from air conditioning noise from outside chiller early morning noise from cutting something and the answer was that they can’t do anything about that and about air conditioning and about chiller and about noise of outside the staff was very gentle they gave me a free breakfast and apologised but I can’t sleep normally for two days

I love the concept of the hotel. A lot about the room is well-done: the lighting, the couch and bookshelves, the bathtub, the real coffee machine (vs. some crappy Nespresso), the room service.

Hated how much I had to manage the housekeeping team to make sure they did their jobs, and their supervisor showed a total lack of competence in fundamentals of hospitality so it's no wonder. Housekeeping was a wildcard, particularly on weekends, not always doing their job or replenishing things. Lots of dings and scratches in the room. Some of the furnishings are extremely cheap, such as the furry chair and the curtain. The hallways look like super cheap "behind the stage" spaces.

Gorgeous rooms and architecture. Nice breakfast and bar. Would stay here a million times over.

Coffee machine was a bit complicated - needed instructions on how to change the water.

The hotel in general is gorgeous in terms of decoration and design. The antique bathroom is fabulous!

1-The lighting of the whole hotel, I get that it is a vibe and it is supposed to be dark but even the rooms lights are too yellow! I can’t tell the shades on my face. And there is no makeup lighting in the bathroom.2- I ordered food and it was delivered to the reception but no deliver it to my room or at least called to let me know it’s arrived - for a 5 star hotel this should be the bare minimum.3-The AC is in the hallway of the room and it’s fixed to 24c4-The fridge doesn’t really cool anything it’s like glassy cabinet with a light in it

Incredible interior design

It’s a little too dark at night. Our room was dark because the windows are covered with greenery. Which is beautiful!!!!!

Ac could be better. prefer option of full breakfast even as a separate cost, then à la carte menu with waiters service

It would be nice to add a handheld showerhead — in our room, there was only a fixed overhead shower

We stayed in two different room types on two different occasions. Both rooms were enormous with high ceilings and well designed.
