Hotel Kope Palace

Risk-free inexpensive room. Any time price is low, there a risk that it will suck. this does NOT suck - room extremely clean (and comfortable) and the woman who runs the place is nice. Nothing more nothing less.

Obviously, you were not expecting the Hilton. This is INCREDIBLE value - great location and fantastic price. If you think this is risky, I note that--> (A) it was very very VERY clean and (B) the woman who runs the place is exceptionally nice. My flight was delayed and I only arrived at 3:30 AM, scared that the '24 hour front desk' would not be available. She cheerfully checked me right in.

The things I liked:- Te furnitures in the room were nice. The place was also clean.- Location was quite good, close to Fabrika, 9 April Park, Rustaveli, etc.I would say that the stay was fine overall.

Few things I did not particularly like:- Breakfast was underwhelming. It was not horrific, but it was definitely below expectations. The variety was low, and some of the food were recycled from the previous or even from the day before. When you are paying 10 euros for a breakfast, you at least expect that it would be somewhat good.- The internet in the room was not stable, it would come and go quite frequently and in some places it would not connect at all. This was a problem with my laptop and my phone, so I do not think it was an issue related to a particular device- There were no daily room cleaning. You would specifically need to ask the manager for a room cleaning

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!I had a fantastic experience at hotel Kope Palace From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The room was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the quality of the linens to the complimentary toiletries.The location is perfect, close to major attractions and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—fresh, varied and delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and give special thanks to the administrator for their outstanding service! I’ll definitely be returning!

Not suitable for family with children. Lift is available but nobody to help you. Imagine running th hotel with 2 people. 1 manager and 1 housekeeping. The hotel is located at Dark Street and not easy to access by walk. No breakfast available. View is okay, but it is situated in neighbourhood, and we can see underwear hanging im front of our hotel from our balcony. They don't even have a water bottle to offer. Even though they have the lift but it come with lot of stairs before the lift, and all are Clueless how to take the luggage up. I really regret coming to this hotel. Come only if you want to sleep and check out after.

I liked the host and the location, the place is centrally located within walking distance. Our host was amazing and super friendly and warm lady! I felt like I was at home! We even got to eat delicious home cooked Georgian food that the kind lady was so gracious to share with us! The room was spacious and the washroom was spacious. The hotel was quiet. Our room also came with a view.

Comfortable bed, spacious, great bathroom and really modern. Location was convenient to get into old Tbilisi.

I recently stayed at Kope Palace in the heart of Tbilisi’s Old Town and found it to be a great choice for my needs. The hotel is perfect if you're looking for a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. My room was modern and well-designed, providing all the comfort I needed after long days out.Though I booked last minute and paid a slightly higher rate, the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff definitely made up for it. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay, and the service was consistently excellent.

While the streets surrounding the hotel felt a bit dodgy at times, once inside, the atmosphere was completely different—calm, secure, and very inviting. Kope Palace offered a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. If I find myself back in Tbilisi, I will stay here again without hesitation!

The room lighting was excellent .there were various ways to adjust the amount of proffered lighting in the room.

Slightly out of town but it was a pleasant walk by the river to get to the centre

The neighborhood was a mess, an area full of old an ugly buildings, but it is so close to the centre of the city and you can go everywhere on foot.

1. Room was full of ants, especially the toilet, it was so disappointing.2. They don't clean the room by themselves you need to ask them Whenever you need. And when we asked them to clean them accepted unwillingly.3. The neighborhood was so old, noisy and ugly, when you sit on terrace it was so noisy because of the crowd street it is in.4. As it was written in their page, it was supposed to see fruit and mini bar in the room but again nothing was there, even the first they we found out fridge was not working. When I said they said no we checked amd it was working. I insist a lot and they accept to come and change it.5. The first they as we had spoken before, and as it is written in the paper they give to you the first day- the card which wifi password is written - we could have a late check out and leave the hotel at 18But again they didn't accept.6. My husband was forced to stay a few days more, we asked for the price of single bed room, the receptionist said it will be the same price as two-bedroomsWhen we checked in the site it wasn't true I hated this place .

The pillows were not comfortable

When we arrived very early in the morning we could stall our luggage, because of this we were able to explore the beautiful city of Tbilisi. The room was clean, the bed was amazing and it all seemed very new. With this location it's an amazing deal for the price. Everything was within a walkable distance. The owner was friendly and helpfull. If we ever visit Tbilisi again we would definitely go to this Hotel.

The only thing I would give as an advice is a watercooker for some tea/coffee. For the rest it was everything you can expect from a hotel for this price.

Very nice hotel! With nice interior.Comfortable room, not too big, but there's everything you need.Windows overlook the courtyard, so it's very quiet room and there is no noise from the street.Very clean and comfortable bathroom.The staff was friendly. And let me leave my luggage for few hours after check out.I highly recommend this hotel.

You might have some time to get to the centre of the city. Other than that everything is great!

The location is so peaceful, and the rooms are so cozy. Plus the view from the balcony is so beautiful and amazing

I had a problem with the AC but they fixed it later
