Location is good

Too many stairs, no one help with the luggage when we arrived

The location is perfect, host is amazing, you can cook your own food, many restaurants are few steps away. From airport it will take around 35 Gel by cab or 1.5 Gel if you take bus. Metro card is not required to buy tickets, some cab driver may scam you at the airport. Bolt is safe option for cab.

We didn’t do much research before choosing this hotel based on the positive comments here and we were not disappointed at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great. There is a mini fridge, kettle and TV in the room. Wifi is fast. My only complaint is that there is no dedicated shower area but given the price it’s not a big deal.

During our two-day stay, we faced water outage problems. Our entire first day was spoiled, and on the second day, the same issue occurred at night. As a result, we checked out early in the morning due to these issues.

The hotel is amazing, owner Roman was really helpful and always trying to make your stay more comfortable. With this price you can not find a better spot.

You can make a better showerroom, but again for this price- everything is perfect.

The host was exceptionally hospitable and kind. We had a few requests that he graciously accepted and took care of as soon as he could. The room is clean and pretty comfortable for 4 people.

The beds are a little soft, and the window opens to the balcony where people are smoking, so if you want to open it for some fresh air you might get second-hand smoke instead.

Even though I arrived early, the staff welcomed be with kindness and they were very helpful. I was able to met the owner Guga and the manager, they were fast at responding any question I have. I was traveling solo in a room with two single beds. My stay was comfortable and everything was clean. The location was convenient I walk to everywhere almost. Best part of this hotel was the beautiful balcony. It was just peaceful to enjoy my morning coffee there.

I was in the most affordable room with two single beds, however the beds were not so comfortable, when you sit or lay on the corner, you might fall because of the structure of the bed. Pillows were ok too. But really it wouldn’t stop me from staying there next time.

The room was very clean and well furnished. The hotel is close to all facilities and attractions. Thanks to Mr. Roman he was very helpful.

I was with my family, we loved the place, a very authentic balcony - a place to sit with a glass of wine and talk. The rooms are spacious for a large group - we had a room for four, high ceilings - plenty of room. There is everything you need for accommodation - kitchen to cook urchin yourself, all necessary utensils are present. Ironing and laundry are also possible, everything is very comfortable and easy. The staff is friendly and very caring, they told us everything and showed us. Administrator Roman suggested places where to eat at affordable prices, where to go, and what to see, as well as gave the contacts of the guide, who gave us excellent excursions. The hotel is located on the street with institutions, which is very convenient because you can go out and choose any institution for an evening meal. Still, the balcony and windows overlook the courtyard - in the room and on the balcony is quiet and peaceful. There are stores nearby, pharmacies, establishments, and stores too. To the center to walk about 5-10 minutes, which is very convenient. We really liked it, I recommend it to everyone)

The Hotel itself is for people who love nightlife and do not really value silence. It is also located in an old building and on the second floor of an ordinary apartment building. located right on the street where they like to make loud noise and listen to music until late. It has its own homely atmosphere. but for a holiday, especially with a girl, this option should not be considered.

Choosing the Friendly Hotel as our accommodation in Tbilisi was a fantastic decision! We loved everything about it: localisation, atmosphere, our room was really spacious and clean. Moreover Guga and Roman were really amazing hosts and they are amazing people: they gave us a lot of recommendations and they made us feel as if we were home. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

They advertise that this place has parking, but that’s not true. They tell you to park in a street next to the hotel. However it is impossible to find a spot there to park. Everyone is Parked on the sidewalks and it’s super crowded. I do not recommend this place if you have a car. Also the bathroom is moldy and smells bad.

This hotel is brilliant for the price. Great location, clean and cozy. There are also free accessories like kitchen, washing machine or iron. Rooms also have air conditioning Bathroom connected to the room is also great. Absolutely best thing about this hotel is the staff. Roman is very kind and helpful. You can contact him on whatsapp any time. He helped us with planning of our trips and also showed us some great places in Tbilisi.

Only thing I would adjust are the windows. Our room had windows towards the street, but the windows are wooden and sealing is not working that much. There are restaurants underneath, so you could hear people from the street, what could damage your sleep.

The location of the hotel is nice because it is located on a street full of restaurants. I took a nice room for three days. There is a distinguished employee who takes care of the guests. His name is (Rome). He is an honest man and responds to all requests. My thanks to him.

The hotel's name may be 'Friendly,' but the staff are not. One staff member was particularly rude and unhelpful whenever we asked questions. Before checking out, I informed him 30 minutes in advance, but he didn't respond, so we assumed everything was fine and left to Kutaisi by taxi. Suddenly, he called me, demanding to know our whereabouts and accusing us of taking two towels. I told him to check again, as we hadn't taken them. He continued to shout at us using bad language. Finally, after 30 minutes, he called to apologize, admitting it was the cleaner's mistake as they had already taken the towels. Why did I have to endure such rude behavior?The staff are very racist towards Indians and do not provide good hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel if you want a calm and peaceful stay. My advice to the staff: 'Treat guests as family. Without tourists, there would be no hotels!

Friendly Hotel is simple, uncomplicated accommodation - a bit more like a youth hostel, but that suits us. The host, Roman was exceptionally good in his communication and help, and provided great support with setting up local sim cards, recommendations for places to eat and visit. Thank you, Roman! Our room and bathroom were very clean and we liked the terrace. The street is lovely and the location made it easy to access other areas of interest.

Could do with a refresh of decor.

Unproblematic check in at night. We booked the airport shuttle and everything went well. The coordinator of the hotel, Roman, hat several recommendations for us both in Tbilisi and helped with planning the rest of our trip. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is very good.

Our room was nothing like the ones on the pictures. We didn't have a window, no sink in the bathroom. The "apartment" was very very small and defently not clean. We felt very uncomfortable and were happy to leave. Take care wich room you get!
