Very interesting and unusual furniture, definitely worth visiting. Gentle and attentive stuff, tasty breakfast and very good location, quite close to the majority of the main locations

Location and stuff is good., however rooms are not very clean.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely book the unit again. The breakfast was decent, though I would suggest upgrading the bed as it feels a bit old, along with some of the other amenities. That said, it’s still a worthwhile hotel to visit in the area, and the excellent service from the staff truly made the difference. Thank you!

Lighting a little dark in the room making it hard to seeVery weak (almost unusable) in rooms on the main level. You'd have to go to the upper level lounge to use wifi.

Cozy hotel, very well located and staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a side road and is there for not too loud at night.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom (at least in in our room) which created kind of a stuffy air inside the room. The rooms are rather dark but as we spent most of our time exploring it didn’t matter to much.

We couldn’t wait to leave and wish we never stayed.

This hotel was poorly maintained with even worse management. From the moment we checked in we wanted to leave but were told we could not be refunded even partially for our 5-night stay. The walls were so thin we could hear other guests, mattresses and trash were left in the hallway, and housekeeping never came because we asked for a second key. No one told us this policy until we complained. The front desk is supposedly staffed 24/7 but at night the lone employee sleeps. Our room had a broken bathroom fan, a leaking shower spraying the ceiling, chipped paint, a cracked sink, unfinished wall joints, water-damaged floors, a stained mattress, dust everywhere, and a drooping shower curtain rod. We truly hated our stay

It was a great experience to be in tiflis inn the location is near to everything and the staff attended to all of our needs specially the lady at the reception

Everything was great. During the reservation, we mentioned that we would arrive at the hotel at 4 a.m. and requested an early check-in. Our request was accepted and we were told that they would assist us. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready. For this reason, I gave a lower rating. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you.

A good location in Tbilisi

The room itself smelt quite bad, I had to leave the window open all night, it was quite potent. It was difficult to sleep due to the smell

It was a nice boutique hotel with a lot of antiques on display. Convenient location. Comfortable beds, and we could use the tea and toaster facilities in the lounge. It doesn't have comfortable couches for a family to sit and relax. The windows are not soundproof and we could hear noises from the road all night. It's OK for a one night stay transiting via Tbilisi.

Room was cute, check-in and out went without issues, staff was nice and friendly.

At breakfast time ran out of water and mugs for coffee and the in room coffee facilities had neither mugs nor any coffee or tea. Room was very loud due to being directly toward the street with a decent amount of traffic at night.

Best location close to the restaurants and metro station as well as the bus stop. The lady was helpful and even offered me the metro card :) The room was big enough and cleaned every day.its a small, cute boutique hotel , tea was provided in the dining area throughout the day and there is a microwave.

Walkable distant from the city's prominent tourist attractions/city center, nice staff. price for 2 nights was okay, breakfast service does not exist (which was not a problem for us).

As i walked in i was greeted by the friendly gentleman that works at the reception. The hotel is stunning, being a old building. Each room is unique and beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed. Within walking distance to everything. Small tip - dont use taxis to get there. I was robbed by a taxi driver. Rather make use of bolt. And the reception can also arrange a airport transfer. I will stay there again

Clean, the rooms were beautiful and different from normal hotels. Easy to get taxi. Near to many restaurants.

The rooms are not sound proof.

The room was ok just don’t have the plants thats on the foto but ok.Some problem with the tube some water on the bathroom but nothing serious! Clean near center about 15 min.

Location was quite perfect. Centrally located to major parts of the city. Cabs are easily accessible.The breakfast was really good. A massive Georgian spread which makes it wonderful for anyone curious about local cuisines. The rooms were great. Really artistic. Staff was friendly and were always there to answer any queries.

The temperature setting in the room was a tad bit complicated.
