The location was accessible and easy to find. Staff was nice. Had a great view.

The room was cold. Even though we told the staff about our problem they didn't fix it. AC wasn't working.

I booked for 2 nights with a reschedule dates option. The hotel did not allow me to reschedule the dates. Feel like a big scam. Also they didn't refund the money. 220 GEL loss. Not recommended to anyone.

when we requested the receptionist a tissue at night wth the reception she said we hav to wait in the morning like she does not hav access whch I find weird. I mean its not about the stuff but how you as a receptionist night shift don’t hav access, she does not speak English and not as approachable, at night totally no light even at the hall so wen u arrive midnyt u hav to help urself.

The hotel is 200 mts to the Liberty Square, but the street looks like a favela.

The pic of the room with balcony is totally deceiving. From the third floor you only see a huge tree in front of your nose. Besides, the description in Booking said: "Upper floors accessible by stairs only". The truth is the building DOES NOT have a lift. I arrived at night and the staircase was not illuminated. Not a single light bulb! Pls see the view from the balcony in the pix below.The building is OK, but the street looks pretty bad, with houses in a very bad shape, that make you think twice about going out at night.

The location is excellent. Our room had a small balcony, which was a lovely touch and made the stay more pleasant. We only stayed for one night, but it was comfortable and met all our needs. The room was quite big, it was a great choice for a short stay or a quick city break.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the refrigerator was a bit noisy during the night, but these were minor issues for a short stay. For a quick city break or an overnight stop, I would still recommend this hotel.

I like the way Maia Welcomed me and tried to help me a lot.

I didn’t like the manager behavior was so bad, and He didn’t give me the room as I booked (single with balcony), i found myself on a triple room in the very first floor even looks like ground floor, i called him from booking number and he was saying you stay only one night, he hang up on me and he was so bad and not professional at all, I will never ever suggest this place for anyone, don’t be fouled by the pictures the reality is much worse, especially when you get involved with the manager conversation he doesn’t even look like an hotelier, he should learn hospitality before managing a hotel.My stay over all was really bad and disappointing.

Amazing location and view from the room. Train and bus station are near by, lot's of café and supermarkets. Old Tbilisi is just one step away. Highly recommend and will come back next year!

I booked with breakfast and I surprised that the hotel didn’t serve breakfast and even they did not return back my money for breakfast option and I requested many times that Staff are not friendly people Electricity cut off two times and also Water cut one time No any cleaning service for the room for five days Mattress are not comfortableI think it’s just suitable for one day to be inside the old town and just for sleeping time Overall bad experience and not recommended this hotel for families with kids or long time stay

Cleanliness could have been preferred we had to tell the staff to clean the rooms. Sink was leaking. But i can ignore everything for the location.

Location was close to the main boulevard. It was easy to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable.

Staff wasn't very helpful when I asked for an airport taxi. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet over the mattress and the small flat sheet kept sliding off. We had to go ask for more toilet paper. The room definitely had a smell. Sometimes of sewer from the bathroom. Also just smelled old and stuffy.

It was a terrible experience, the air conditioners were not working, I told the reception and they did not care and were rude, there were cigarette burns on the floor, carpet were not cleaned well, the housekeeper used my face cream when she entered my room to clean the room, even though it was men's cream, pay a few more bucks and stay at another hotel, there are nicer hotels on the same street

Location is extremely good, right close to the center of Median palace and food points.

Clean accommodations, convenient location for seeing historic Tbilisi, staff welcoming and kind. Nice patio space.

Patrons with mobility issues may have difficulties as no elevator.

Great location, nice people always being helpful. The room is less clean, one light is broken and the frame of the bathroom in front of the mirror is broken. Need to improve on the sanitation.

Overall, it was a really good experience. It was very comfortable and we didn't expect to have a bigger room for two person. The hotel is clean and has a really good location, everything was accessible. We only had a hard time looking for the hotel 'cause some roads are not accessible.
