Wyndham Grand Tbilisi

From my point of view hotel is kinda “outdated”. We supposed to stay in “panoramic” room, but the view is on a roof of the nearest building, so there is no view. I was quite upset and disappointed. Pool area is very small, no windows and there is “photo wall paper” which is make atmosphere like we are in 2020. As a result we have decided not stayed in this hotel, as we wanted to stay there for a special occasion. And we moved to another place. However, this place may be suitable, but depends on your expectations.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall my experience was mixed. The reception staff were polite but not welcoming , and the location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient.However, I don’t feel that the service matched the price I paid. Unfortunately, I also had a disappointing incident during my stay. I had a silver ring placed inside a small bag on the coffee corner, and the housekeeping staff threw the bag away assuming it was trash, without checking to make sure it was empty.While the staff tried to help afterward, I was disappointed with their reaction. There was no proper apology, and I didn’t feel that they were genuinely concerned.Because of this, my overall impression of the hotel was affected. The location and reception are good, but the service and attention to guests’ belongings definitely need improvement.

The location is very good and we had perfect view . The stuff was good , nice people . The problem was the spa . Swimming pool was very cold , sauna did not have the correct temperature it was cold in there. Hamam did not have the steam so it wasn’t possible go to spa .

The good thing that the bar in the lobby works until 2 am it very comfortable .

Beautiful exterior architecture. Excellent location

Basic rooms. Very loud music all night. Did not pick me up at the airport even though they had confirmed arrangements.

Reception Staff was not co operative , for early check in had to wait 2.30 half hours in lobby till 3:00 pm standard time of check in after requesting also they don’t show any courtesy. Standard room was small er then any average 5 star hotel , will notStay again

I have booked a panoramic room as the view was better We changed it to another room with a magnific view from the window to the city.

Had to change rooms twice due to window being broken a huge safety risk to a young child who could push the window open (wouldn't lock) and fall from the 2nd and 3rd floors! Eventually found room where the window lock worked but at this point it was near midnight after a long day travelling.Breakfast was poor- coffee machine was never working and omelets were bland. Limited choice and poor quality-tasteless food.Very noisy rooms with music blaring from neighboring properties until midnight on weekends shaking the building.Parking outside is ridiculous with people often blocking off the ramp access for wheel chairs and prams!Not a child safe hotel and would avoid with children at all costs.

The breakfast was bad (it's a barely 4-star hotel breakfast), the rooftop restaurant was closed, the pool is too small (I guess you should label it as kids pool), and one top of that one of the staff was rude.

I was very impressed. Not the most expensive property in the area, so wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but it was Fantastic! Super clean and comfortable room, and fast check-in (great after a long journey)!, great staff & amenities. Breakfast - long hours and great selection.Location couldn’t be beat! Central & safe. When I return to Tbilisi, I will absolutely stay here again!

I wanted to book a massage upon my arrival, but I was unable to get the spa menu & hours in advance. I sent a message to the hotel, but they just told me to book upon arrival.

Friendly and helpful staff, hotel is clean and located in the center which is close to almost everything (we walked almost everywhere) and there’s supermarkets, restaurants and everything close by. Breakfast buffet was good, we tried one thing on the room service menu which was ok, not too bad :)

Even though everything was good and we’re quite happy with our stay, the hotel felt a bit more of a 4* not 5* (just comparing to our previous experience with 5 star hotels) ^_^

Our room widow was open to the interior side, and there were a lot of noises. We could not sleep well.
