Urban Park Hotels

I loved the peaceful location right in the middle of a beautiful park — it feels calm and green but still close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that it was cleaned daily and that I could easily extend my stay.

The walkways to the hotel are paved with stones, which makes it a bit difficult to walk with a suitcase. The lighting in the room was quite dim, soundproofing could be better, and the pillows were too few and not very supportive. The breakfast was quite basic, but still fine for a short stay.

I was truly impressed by the excellent location and the incredible value for money. The breakfasts were a fantastic surprise, offering a great variety of very fresh products. The staff was also very responsive and always ready to help with any questions.

There wasn't anything major that I didn't like. The staff resolved any minor issues to the best of their ability, so I have no significant complaints.

Rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with unclean conditions, and the staff displayed rude behavior.

The location of this hotel is amazing. You have the old town street right outside and walkable both directions - so whether it is day or evening, you have a lot to do and all without having to hail a cab! Highly recommend the location - it is beautiful and secure. The breakfast though does need more options like maybe just eggs on order to make it friendlier to everyone.

It was in a relatively good location. Around 30-40 mins waking from old town. Breakfast was satisfying.

No soundproof. We could hear everything. Babies crying from next rooms, people outside of our room laughing and talking, even people snoring! Also it was not very clean. We had a spider for a pet ?️. Beds were very uncomfortable. It looks like the photos but in a much much worse version. Not a 4 star hotel.

The location is excellent and its clean and well maintained!

The hotel has a great location, it is in the park, just 3 minutes for a walk from the metro station. The breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel rooms need renovation, the walls were dirty.

Staff were really helpful and the room was really clean when we got there and they cleaned the room well everyday. Location is very convenient and sightly

Wish the entrance was more obvious that the hotel was there, but when I called the staff explained the exact location and came to pick us up in a minibus. Our fridge wasn't working when we got there, but they fixed it when we informed them. The only real negative was that the breakfast is boring (basically just cucumber and tomatoes with tea/coffee).

1- It wasn’t sound isolated, I was hearing every small sound outside the room like it was inside . 2-There wasn’t towels . 3-the tv channels was only Georgian

it is clean and perfect location , they helped us in taking our luggage, they provide adaptors as much as we need to charge our phones , the check in was easy and fast with smiles , the guy who take our luggage was friendly and helpful , the recipient helped me with some application in my phone , thanks

1) Room was very hot and when asked to turn on the A/C they refused and only brought a fan which was not helpful2) housekeepers are rude we have been calling them since morning to clean the room they came late in the afternoon in which we were having our lunch. When i asked them to come later they said it’s ether now or never!!!3) Beds are not comfortable4) No parking 5) the women during breakfast does not bother her self to ask about the number of the room , she put the paper and pen a point to me to mark my room’s number no swimming pool or gym , for me this hotel does not deserve 4 stars , booking need to reevaluate every 3 or 5 years so hotel will continue providing his best smile change a lot of thing so please smile to guest

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The location is simply amazing, as it's nestled inside a beautiful park that offers a serene and picturesque setting.One of the best aspects was the abundance of HALAL restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining. The hotel’s breakfast was quite satisfying, with a good variety of options to kickstart the day.The hotel itself was relatively clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

Poor breakfast (terrible coffee), rooms need to be renovated.

•Getting through the park with suitcases on gravel was inconvenient.•The elevator was very cold, it felt like there was subzero temperature inside.•In the parents’ room, the window was drafty, and in another room, the sink was leaking.•Hot water was turned off once. •The rooms were somewhat dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom.•The refrigerator was very noisy, making it hard to sleep at times.

The hotel was close to the center. It was very peaceful and the frontage was on to the park. The staff were exceptional.

It was a great experience and a nice hotel with friendly staff; thanks to Ani, Nina, and Gio, they did a great job of making our experience more enjoyable and fantastic. The breakfast was good. The cleaning services were excellent. And the room was comfortable.

the rooms are a little bit small like other hotels in the area

The hotel is situated in a charming park, conveniently close to restaurants, bars, and a metro station. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great start to the day.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel; however, there was one issue that caused some frustration. When booking, I specifically selected a room that included parking in the rate (please refer to the attached image). Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to park at a third-party lot and pay separately for parking. While the cost was minimal (5 GEL per night), I was disappointed by the discrepancy between the listing and the actual experience.I enjoy staying at the hotel and would appreciate it if the parking information could be updated on the Booking.com site to prevent confusion for future guests.
