Location and breakfast.

We've travelled 3 friends and took 3 rooms: 2 Standard King Rooms and 1 Deluxe Double Room with Balcony (now I'm feeling like a real king :))I can say my room (with balcony) met all my requirements and expectations. It was very clean and very cozy. It has everything I needed. The only thing I had liked to have was microwave (generally hotel rooms doesn't have it). Bed was very comfortable in my room. In my friend's rooms matrasses were a little bit stiffer, but it is very individual.The hotel is located in a very silent place, not far from Abanotubani square (old Tbilisi center). This hotel is located on a hill, so the view from my room's window was fantastic. However you pay for this view by some climbing throughout street about 150m, so consider it if you have some problems with your legs or knees (you can overcome it by taking a taxi, which is very cheap in Tbilisi). This hotel is not far from Botanic Park enterance, (very nice in my opinion).All stuff personel was very friendly. Especially very cute girls at a reception ;)

1. I would recommend to enhance breakfast by adding some scrambled egg and two more cheese types if possible. It shouldn't be so big invesment, but can make high impression difference (It was a little bit hard to peel the eggs).2. An entrance door has a very strong spring. You should have a very strong bycips to open it. Hope, one day they will soften it :)3. I'm not sure, but my friends told they've read this hotel has laundry facility. We were informed this hotel doesn't have this service. As up to me I didn't need it.

This hotel is one of the best in Tbilisi. Great service, great and friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms! We recommend it to everyone!!!

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and well maintained.The location was close to all the attractions.

One thing I didn’t like about the rooms was that they weren’t soundproof, and the breakfast could have more variety.

It is one of the best hotel in Georgia. Clean and excellent room with terrace.

We only stayed for a few hours before our early morning flight. This hotel was one of the most affordable opotions as we didn't want to spend much but it turned out to be a very decent place. Our room was nice, spacious, and clean; it had everything we might need. I believe they even served breakfast but we departed before. The roof top is a nice little terrace with the amazing view of the city. We were really pleased and will likely stay again next time.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful and welcoming – always greeting guests with a smile, which really made the atmosphere feel warm and homely. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a great place to stay – highly recommended!

Breakfast is bad. Shower with short glass wall that half of water stays in other part of bathroom. Also room smells bad.

This hotel employs real masters of their craft. Elvira, Anton and a helpful Georgian guy (unfortunately I forgot his name) made sure that my stay in the beautiful city of Tbilisi was at the proper level. Before checking in, I asked that the room be at a comfortable temperature and be warm. They fulfilled my request without further reminders. Many thanks to them for this. Breakfasts were hearty and updated every day. It was delicious. Overall the hotel is located in the old part of the city and in a quiet area.

Great location near old town and main tourist places.Facilities and room are new and very clean.Staff is fairly friendly, supportive and helped in all aspects.

Breakfasts are awful, that is really disappointing in Georgia with its cuisine traditions.There was damp smell in the room. We needed to keep ventilation working all the time.

Hotel is city centre. Rooms clean and hot in winter. Furnitures new. Have kettle, hair fan, tea, coffee, water, fridge and etc. Breakfast is normal.

Good place with a great location, clean room. The breakfast is super good!

Very nice view from our room, the view is magnificent. Very nice breakfast, staff was helpful and friendly.
