Restaurant staff didnot guide hotel guest about the price discount and extra room service charges after taking the order . Bcoz we didn?t know there was room service charges and the guest cannot avail 10% guest discount if they order from room service.

Front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. Excellent location. Fairly priced.

We had a wonderful experience and this property exceeded our expectations. We traveled as a family with 2 small kids and it was comfortable. The beds were out of this world (comfortable).

It would have been nice if the restaurant had a few options for dinner which it did not offer although the hotel suggested a few restaurants close by.

Excellent location. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very big. Wonderful breakfast. And breakfast times are perfect for those who don’t want to wake up early. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful building and interior. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. There is a pool and a sauna. Excellent location - city center, close to metro and a shopping mall. We traveled with two children and a stroller, stayed in a two-room suite.

The hotel street is on the corner of the parliament house on Rustaveli avenue. it is 5 minutes walk from liberty square.The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.The best was the room which was very clean and specious and with a very comfortable bad and pillows. Bathroom was very clean and nicely designed. We had breakfast at the hotel since we had an early morning trip. Food was very good and the price included made to order egg and very good coffee. I liked the hotel very much and it was very good value for money. I will come back next time i am in Tbilisi.

Every thing was good except we weren’t able to turn room heater off, the entire hotel was too worm !

The rooms are very big, the staff was nice and the location was wonderful ?

The staff were exceptional and accommodating however the hotel is way overpriced and not worth it in my honest humble opinion. There were other much better hotels that were cheaper. Having said that they gave me a room that had sewer smell and they upgraded to a not so nice looking room. The basic room was actually nicer and had some cool painting on the wall but upgraded room is just bland and boring with everything spread out far apart.

The sewer smell and the upgraded rooms were just not worth the high price in my opinion.

Hotel was super clean, room was big as was bathroom. Staff were excellent and friendly, location was great.

Very chic design and decor. Breakfast was better than expected, especially coffee quality. Bathroom was very clean and water pressure was extremely good.

Too dimly lit whether inside or outside the room, elevator is on the slow side, there was a desk phone inside the room with a bright screen which I am not sure how to turn off - it disturbed my sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

- really good size room with lovely decor - hot and powerful shower - large comfortable bed - fantastic choice of breakfast options - great location, very central - staff kindly let us check into the room early as it was ready

- gym and pool very small (but obviously better than nothing!)

Awesome location. I visited all that I expected, the bridges, the funicular, Rustaveli street, Liberty square. Perfect clean rooms. Friendly and very polite staff.
