The location of the hotel was perfect, the food was very good, the workers were very nice and helpful, it's a place I will definitely re visit

Location

The jacuzzi wasn't working.The mattress and pillows in the room weren't comfortable.The bathtub wasn't sealed properly, and water kept leaking out.

The food at the hotel is great, both at breakfast and in-room dining. The staff are amazing as well.

The rug in one of the rooms has a damp smell and needs to be aired out. I think that’s something that can be easily rectified.

The hotel was clean and well organized, but the breakfast was very disappointing and not suitable for the hotel’s quality.

the room view, size and cleanness was absolutely beyond amazing!so good to have the spa open until very late at night, and also could be used AFTER checkoutstaff is super nice!!

Staff is less friendly.

Please change all the staff for bad treatment and cleaning the rooms is bad and so on. I put the travel bag cover in the room and I didn't find it and it's of the expensive type Samsonite

Could be a bit cheaper and I hate room carpets

The hotel was clean, rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet & comfortable.

The location was excellent. And the hotel look good.

"The bathtub wasn’t really clean. There were mold spots in the bathtub. The room and the hotel are not suitable for families. Even though we booked and paid for three people in the room, they always treated us as if we were two. The pool wasn’t worth it at all."

Beautiful view, and exceptional location...

I strongly recommend that the management closely monitor guests who handle food directly with their hands at the breakfast buffet, as this raises serious hygiene concerns and negatively impacts the dining experience.Furthermore, the overall quality of the breakfast requires noticeable improvement, particularly when compared to the standard offered at The Telegraph Hotel.

Great location and clean and beautiful views

The view. Space of the room. The location.

Power inlet not easily accessible (behind the nightstand). Waiting long time for elevator. Mini frig locked unless you use the Mini bar.

Breakfast was very poor, the bed was not very comfortable, the room was dusty , hotel navigation is not obvious , overall impression of a very tired hotel

Comfortable beds and good space.

Staff are rude but it’s ok. Simple things like door man not opening the door for us Indians but opening for other races.

The location the room was very spacious. The elevator was quick.

The restaurant and breakfast did not have a lot of options

We stayed with two kids, the swimming pool was a necessary facility during our vacation. The staff was amazing, nice, helpful, all questions or requests were immediately positively reacted. I will definitely return to the hotel

I think the cleaning of the room may improve, but it does not influence negatively for our amazing vacation

The location and the lobby

Providing staff in the room is always hard, I requested water and they told me it should be charged since I already have before

Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Kids enjoyed the pool.

There was no hot water when we arrived, and reception promised will be ok by the early evening but the hot water was fixed only at night which was unfortunate and unpleasant especially since we were traveling with kids. Also, when making the reservation it was Written that our 7 years old can stay for free and when we checked in, we were asked if she needs a bed which was of course with an extra fee. It should be more clear what the reservation includes.
