Pros +
- Worst hotel experience of my life – absolutely horrible
- The location is the best thing about this hotel. It's centrally located, steps from grocery stores, restaurants, mini city park, metro. Across the street is Carrefour and a little shopping center. The room and bathroom size is nice and spacious. Color scheme and decor is not too bad but feels a bit dated. Strong water pressure in the shower.Interior design - they are going for the art hotel look so you have a mix of colors.
- Breakfast and size of the room.
Cons -
- This hotel is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. The rooms are dark, depressing, and poorly lit, making it feel like you’re staying in a basement rather than a hotel. On top of that, the rooms have a stingy, foul smell that makes it extremely uncomfortable to even stay inside. The heaters do not work at all, and cold air keeps passing through the windows even its closed in bathroom, making the bathroom freezing and miserable. The staff is extremely uncooperative and shows zero concern for guest comfort. There is no lift, no bellboys, and absolutely no support to shift luggage, even though the rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. Overall, this was the worst experience imaginable. Poor facilities, terrible service, and zero hospitality. I strongly regret choosing this place and would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else
- STAFF - I was 1 hour early for check in and they wanted me to pay 70 lari (about 26 USD) to check in early. Young man at front desk was and a young girl not so much. Since I was running errands, around the neighborhood, I stopped at the hotel and asked if I could leave my bag at reception and pick it up later (no elevator, my room on the 3rd floor). The girl said ok but told me to "not do it again!" FACILITIES - The hotel is scattered with prints of Monet's. Interior design is going for the art hotel look so you have a mix of colors. Rooms are upstairs (2nd floor and above) and there is no elevator in the hotel.CLEANLINESS - Mediocre. There is no signage for the door (make up room/DND) so the cleaning ladies come at noon daily but will only clean what you ask. I stayed 7 nights and mostly had my garbage removed and water replaced. You get 2 bottles of water per day but since I did not drink one from yesterday. The cleaning lady argued with me that I had 2 bottles already so would only give me ONE bottle. Just terrible attitude and not friendly at all. After my 3rd night, I asked for sheets to be changed and the room to be cleaned - one of the cleaning ladies asked me when I arrived, how many nights have I stayed and when I was checking out before she'd change the sheets and pillow cases.COMFORT - I'm easy going so don't need much but location was the only good thing about this place. No safe in room.VALUE - no.BATHROOM - the rainshower showerhead in the bathroom was broken. At least handheld workedBED - Mattress was lumpy with a dip in the middle. There is no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet over the mattress that doesn't even cover it fully, then duvet on top and covered by a quilt. The sheets also had stains. When I arrived, the pillow cases were so thin, I could see through to the pillow. At least when they changed it, the pillow cases were better.WIFI - So slow. I fell asleep waiting for my Gmail to download.
- No parking and quite a lot of noise from the street.

Breakfast and size of the room.
No parking and quite a lot of noise from the street.
Location, friendly staff, room size.
- No elevator, sucks if you've got multiple suitcases (like I do) - No coffee. I mean, they offer instant coffee, but I haven't seen that in the poorest countries and the worst hotels. Invest in a 50 dollar filter machine, Jesus.- Bad wifi that almost doesn't work. Asked the staff to fix it, said he'll look into it... no further communication. - Massive amounts of water leaking from the shower. Asked the cleaning lady, she said "we know and we can't do anything about it" - Bidet sprays so hard you can shut down the national protests with that water pressure. Just a bit more and you get your ass penetrated.I left and booked a guest house for 150 euro for 1 week.Wouldn't recommend.
Fair enough room for the price and good breakfast.
No parking for car and hard to find it before 23:00 nearby the hotel at the public parking.
A good place to stay, our booking included breakfast, which was really convenient. The place was clean and the staff were nice. The location is great. The room had all the basic soaps/shampoo/hairdryer. The staff were really nice to bring our luggage up to 4th floor and then down when we were leaving.
It doesn’t have an elevator and the door to rooms are a bit flimsy/hard to lock.
I told that TV doesn't work in my room. The guy on reception tried to fix it without any success and just left it so. I came into the room the next evening and saw that the TV still didn't work, they didn't even try to fix it during the day.
The room was very dirty. The walls in the room were covered by dirty spots. The basic facilities didn't work. The shower was broken, the TV didn't work. I asked the guy on reception to fix it, he tried without any success and just left it so. There is no soundproof in the room, you hear even how the neighbor snores. It's just terrible.
I just want to thank all the wonderful staff at this hotel for being so kind and friendly. You really make guests feel welcome. The location, comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. With just a little attention to small things, like the beds and door handles, it could be even better.
The location was the only good thing about the property.
The AC was not working. They allowed us to stay in the second room we had booked, but did not compensate the money knowing fully well it was inconvenient since we had kids with us. When asked, every possible Manager was blamed....and the guys at the reception were helpless. The next day they gave us another room which was very small.....You have to carry your luggage two and three floors up.....no help.
⸻This hotel is located in a convenient area, close to good restaurants, Carrefour, and the metro station. It offers a good and satisfying breakfast. The staff are excellent and always smiling. The cleanliness is good, and the room is cleaned and tidied up daily.I have one suggestion for the management: the beds could be more comfortable.Thank you for the pleasant stay over the past few days.
Counter staff.teied to help, but the manager is a scammed. She did not give us the rooms we paid for, she gave us small rooms and refused.to retuen payment made for one room where we did nit have an air-conditioner, due to which we didn't use thst room.
Breakfast was pathetic. No AC in one room..... No TV channels in the other . Totally not.happy.
good staff, interesting interier, not bad breakfast
too late breakfast at 9 am, very dark light in the room, far from centre
good staff, interesting interier, not bad breakfast
far from centre, very slow wi-fi, no wi-fi on the third floor, very dark light inside the building, 9 am breakfast is very late
It was amazing hotel with amazing location, amazing staff, very clean and comfortable
There was problem with the bathroom in room 201
Clean , friendly staff.
Bathroom is not comfortable.
Breakfast and Location
No Internet.Really, so bad WiFi connection - can say no internet in this hotel and the staff is not very interested in helping.Terrible bed, old spring mattresses.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the location is excellent, and everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The metro and grocery stores are nearby, which is very convenient
Wonderful hotel, good transport connection, clean, spacious rooms, fridge, always hot water, good breakfast, terrace (small), artistic interior. Carrefour, georgian restaurant are super close.
A bit noisy
Staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has very nice interior design.
A bit noisy due to windows were to the street. Were quite cold due to rainy days and heaters were off in the whole building. Lack of shower accessories (e.g. toothbrush and toothpaste).
Nice place. Very reasonable price. Gave us late check out for $10, that saved a lot of hustle running around the city with the bags.
