Nice and clean room

Although it is convenient to be right in the center of old city, it is very loud outside till about 4/5 am

Everything, location, service, room comfort, breakfasts. It's definitely value for money to have a comfortable stay in the center of Tbilisi, not to worry about anything. Great option to rest and enjoy your stay.

I love absolutely everything about this hotel. Already my 3rd stay here. The location in the historical part of Tbilisi, the rooms (comfort+cleanness), tasty breakfasts, the balcony facing the Armenian church, the hill with traditional Georgian houses, Kura river is in a walkable distance, quite near.

Perfect location and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful and polite and a good breakfast was provided. Would definitely stay again!

1. No clocks anywhere - when checked in and mentioned and what time it was, they changed my check-in time. Not a big problem but they did not tell me I had the wrong time (1 hour ahead of Istanbul) so I went to sleep and arrived at my tour meeting point 1 hour late. This ended up a total loss so did not get to see much outside Tbilisi. 2. Airport bus Avlabari stop was not announced so we missed it making for a very difficult walk if you have roller luggage.3. Many businesses spoke Russian but no English which is understandable due to the preponderance of Russian tourists.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. The room and bathroom were extremely small, and the shower pressure was so harsh (can say skin peeling bath shower) that it was uncomfortable to use. The curtains and carpet were dirty, and the towels provided were torn, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Housekeeping staff were rude and did not clean the room properly – all they did was leave water bottles without actually tidying or maintaining cleanliness. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

Too bad in condition

Staff was very welcoming. The room was cleaned everyday. Location was just amazing. Rooms renovation was a little bit old. Also the breakfast could be improved

The location is exceptional, our room was big and mostly well kept. The staff was really helpful on every need. We also had a really nice balcony.

Old Meidan Tbilisi By Urban Hotels has an excellent location with breathtaking city and landmark views, especially from the restaurant. The Economy Double Room was comfortable with modern amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and streaming services, and the price (GEL 142.14) felt reasonable for the location. However, the lack of parking was inconvenient, and the staff didn’t prioritize cleanliness, which affected the experience. The breakfast was average, and while the WiFi was decent, the overall service was limited. I’d recommend this hotel for those who value location and views over extensive amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and services would make it even better.

We really enjoyed the service: daily room cleaning, reception, breakfast (one of the best ones). The location was very nice, in the centre of the old city, surrounded by many restaurants, tour agencies and shops.

The rooms walls and carpet had some marks. It was not nice to see them and it made the room look dirty although the room was clean and cleaned daily.

This is my favourite hotel in Tbilisi. It's comfortable and well located in the city center. You can easily walk to the historical district. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks English, Russian and even Spanish. Mis recomendaciones + pics from my balcon

The location is within walking distance to everything. It’s mostly quiet. The breakfast has a nice variety and the staff is friendly.

The carpets are very badly stained and there’s a lack of anything extra for your convenience. The bed is not very comfortable.

The location is great: between the Abano Street (sulphur bath location) and the pedestrianised area with restaurants and some bars. The reception are friendly and accommodating.

The room was...ok...regarding comfort. The condition of it however, many stains on the carpet and a badly maintained wall, makes it feel dirty even though it really probably wasn't. The breakfast was...ok...regarding quality. It's a buffet: you certainly don't have to leave hungry; the coffee and meat options were substandard. The main staff member who was in charge of running it though was very much the opposite of the reception staff. We didn't have any interaction with her personally but she wasn't attempting to hide the fact that she didn't want to be there each morning even a little bit.

Central location

Dirty carpet throughout the room badly stained upholstery on the desk chair. Old, worn towels. Breakfast was shabby and the staff didn't look hygienic.

Location of the hotel is very nice.

We got room that was very noisy. Rooms are very tiny.
