Hotel Majestic

It was the worst experience ever. Don't you ever think to book with them.

It's rubish. I don't know how do they count this as a hotel. The location is too bad, the building is too old, the furniture is bad, the room is too smal in size. Everything was bad.

Nothing at all.

When we put our bags down and went out to get food, after returning we noticed that the lock wasn’t working. We asked for a refund because this was a security issue and the owner said he didn’t want to go through the long process of making a refund. We let it go and missed our paid reservations because it took them 2 hours to fix the lock. We got this room for the jacuzzi and it wasn’t working, there was no water in the bathroom, and when we asked for help, receptionist didn’t speak english and nobody helped us out, we decided to check the bed and found bed bugs under the mattress. We had to leave the hotel at 2 am with nowhere to go. Bad experience.

There was a small and cozy yard with very good vibe and nice green potted flowers. The staff were kind and responsive. They also spoke English

The room was not dirty but not very clean either. There some leftover stuff in out drawer (which meant they didn't clean it) but the beds were clean. Our room was close to main door so people talking in the hall and talking to reception would wake us up. The show drain was full and water was overflowing from shower aria.

Located far outside the city centre in a car repair neighbourhood, you really don’t feel safe leaving your car on the street. No on site parking as stated on Booking No shared kitchen as stated on Booking Really rundown room equipment. Leaking shower, the whole bathroom gets wet and stinky in the 2-room suite, only one room has ACOn our check in and out, the staff couldn’t comprehend a word of English and wasn’t really trying to be helpful

The room was clean.

-Very small room-Smell of cigarettes -Balcony door couldn't lock-Heater made a funny noise throughout the night-Cold air came from the balcony's door -Bathroom layout needs to be more practical and re-planned. No shower curtain or glass, thus the entire bathroom (including the toilet itself) was under water.

Definition of Good Hotel is all about services you get.Hotel Majestic in Tbilisi is one of them, where one can get stupendo fantabulous service not only by hotel staff, however directly from owner Mr. Amit whose personalised service is A class which you can not even get in 5 star hotel in Tblissi. Thanks Amit for wonderful and personalised service and special thanks for preparing and providing food for my children which they demanded in mid night post kitchen was closed. This level of service we cannot get in any of the hotel in Tblissi. Especially we miss the tea which was prepared by you. Also thanks for providing accurate information of other places and site seeing in Georgia which makes our trip more comfortable. I would suggest everyone to stay in this hotel and feel the difference. We love ❤ u Amit and definitely we will visit always.Narendra Shamdasani and Family

Everything perfect...

Firstly the staff were extremely friendly, cooperative and patient with all our requirements. The hotel is just situated at the centre of the city and is convenient to travel to all the places in and around. It’s 10- 15 min away from the airport. The breakfast at the property was superb. A lot of varieties in the a la carte. Rooms were very clean. We had taken the room with the jacuzzi. Everything was nicely kept. A special thanks to Mr Amit for all the help and going out of his way to make our trip and stay memorable. Had a great stay in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is located super close to the Metro and city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. Super helpful staff. Also Mr.Amit helped me feel like home with helping me with everything I asked for during my stay.

spacious room and comfy! helped us in anyway they can and attended us on everything?. very easy to talk with and they have a great and tasty breakfast. the owner, Mr. Amit is a very helpful person and answered our each and every question we have regarding the country and even advised us what would be the best thing we should do. Every person in this hotel is very hospitable. definitely enjoyed our stay here and for sure will come back! ??
