Excellent location, very clean, well maintained

Location is good as it is close to Liberty Square. Decent breakfast, kitchen staff is very caring.

I stayed here twice. The second time the hotel staff told me that there are no comforters available during summer. But just 3 days before I stayed here and there was comforter available. Strange. Rooms do not look as good as in the photos. Furtinures are shabby, rooms not very clean. WiFi connection is very poor. Very few power sockets.

Location - The location is perfect. It is exactly at the Liberty Square. Walking distance to most attractions in Tbilisi. Breakfast is decent and the kitchen staff is very caring.

The property appears aged, with worn-out furniture, and the rooms do not reflect the images shown online.

Perfectly near Freedom Square with door out to side street sidewalk (not right on the square, and not in an alley). Very friendly, helpful staff that spoke good English. We had a nice view of the ”Mother of Georgia” statue from our little balcony. Nice, pretty big breakfast buffé with strong Georgian touch (which is of course good, right?!). We enjoyed eating breakfast on the outdoor terrace!

The pillows could have been a little better.

There could be a restaurant on site and vending machine did not work most of the time. No cable at all in room.

The hotel is at the centre of the Old City, it is very convenient to go everywhere around the city. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, travel agencies, money exchange counters etc. around the hotel. And the metro station (Liberty Square) is just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel is a little old and the lights in the room are not bright enough.

We really liked the convenient location, which made it easy to get around. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, and it was a nice bonus to have breakfast included. We also appreciated the lift, which was very important for us, as it's rare to find places without stairs.

We booked two rooms. Both were quite dated – the mattresses were old, the doors had worn locks, and there was a visible gap between the door and the door frame. The cheaper room faced a noisy street with loud music playing until late at night, so I struggled to sleep throughout the stay. The more expensive room was quieter, but unfortunately, it had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, as if someone had previously smoked there.

The breakfast was very good for the additional price we paid for it. The location is extremely good. Rooms slightly smaller for my liking, I am a tall guy but overall satisfied with the stay.

Room facility & breakfast table is poor?

The best location. It's walking distance to everything. The staff are really helpful especially the 2 ladies at the reception.

The TV has no English channel except BBC news. The water hose (bidet) in the bathroom leaks and gets the bathroom floor wet everytime you use it. The AC is controlled by the reception and you need to call them if you need adjustment.

but there is a seepage smell in the room and it’s very closed off and the view from the room is not pleasant

Toilet seat was very uncomfortable, as if it’s broken. It was a struggle to sit on it. Also we didn’t have water for 1/2 hours in the afternoon, as the staff said they were doing some repair in the garden. AC also didn’t work in our room

Perfect location, nice room, tasty beakfast

Wonderful location,just off Liberty Square,and staff were friendly,and so helpful.They organised private tours for me,and booked my train ticket onwards.I arrived at 8am on my first day,and gave me a room straight away.my room,203,overlooked a cobbled street,and had a good sized terrace,with table and chairs.

The overall stay was great and everyone was really helpful. and I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of how the entire stay would go because of the inconvenience I experienced in the beginning

I had arranged pick up transportation from the airport with the hotel and to my surprise no one came to pick me up after some time of waiting. I would understand if at least they could have communicated that no one was coming to pick me up. I was given 2 different reasons by 2 different people about why I wasn’t picked up so first I was told that the driver got tired and ended up going to sleep and the other second by another employee apparently the car broke down ??‍♀️ It was so obvious that they just decided to come up with random lies and this made me feel like an idiot .

Perfect location spacious room for 4 people

Very comfy hotel, located just at the central Freedom Square at the edge of old Tbilisi. Friendly staff, very tasty breakfast (even with alcohol, if you wish!).
