It was comfortable to stay with the price,the owner Madam Maka and staff were really attentive towards our needs and very friendly. Even though we needed to walk a bit to the main attractions,Tbilisi old town,etc but it was near to shops and Avlabari Metro stations.

The location is close to the Rike park and the canle car. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty. They prepared full table for the two of us. The staff is very friendly. Plenty of free parking space on the street. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Walls are not sound insulated. Noisy, rude nejghbor made one night start at 4am with no reprieve even after confrontation and message to staff.

Stay for one night as the place is few walking distance from the bus station. The room is small but it was very comfy and clean. Though it’s off the Old Town, walking downtown will only take 10-15mins.

The room was modern and tidy and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was extremely good! I really recommend everyone to stay here! I was quite amazed that I could get this high standard for the price I paid.

We've had an excellent experience! The location is great!The room was big, clean and the beds are comfort. The stuff is great. When we requested breakfast earlier than the usual timeline, they gladly accepted. The breakfast is very good, there is a wide variety of food, and the menu changes daily and that's a good refresh!When we asked them for remaining our luggages in the hotel after check out for 2 days, they said yes. We'll definitely come back!

it's an old and small hotell with good location, walking distance to Old Town but still on a quiet street. got a free room upgrade. had 2 different rooms here for 2 nights each. Rooms were decent for that price. breakfast was ok. good pressure in the showers. owner is nice, speaks good english and easy to communicate with. Definitely price worthy!

the smell in the bathrooms. had 2 different rooms and there was a smell from the sewage. the ventilation in the bathrooms helps a bit, but not enough. but keeping the door closed you dont feel anything in the room itself. second room wasn't cleaned properly as the first room.

I like the location and the simplicity of the interior. The breakfast was nice and the AC.

I didn’t like the noise that the guests made during quiet hours. The air ventilation in bathroom didn’t work. I wish there was a night stand for both beds.

Location is ideal for travelers, near the metro station and city centre. The owner is very accommodating. Room 315 has a very good view and ventilation. Breakfast is great.

The staff was friendly, the hotel is located a 5-minute distance from the city center, and there are metro and bus stations nearby. The hotel was safe and quiet

However, there was only one lady who spoke English, and she was at the hotel only in the mornings. The bed sheets did not seem quite clean, as there were holes in them

It was nice that it was close to the subway and bus stops. It was a renewed hotel with clean interior facilities, and both the staff and the owner were very friendly. I also stayed in Old Town, but this hotel was better. I plan to stay here when I visit again.

Very cozy and nice hotel, it has best location, max 20 min from the all main see sights, hotel is very nice has all facilities, AC which was very important, weather was very hot. Delicious home made breakfast and environment. Stuff was very friendly and lovely, especially ZAZA. He is such a nice man, who was trying always helps us.
