The location of hotel is very convenient as it is near to Metekhi church and you can easily stroll into the center of the city within minutes. The pool was against our expectations, it looks different in reality.In photos it is much better.

When we first entered the room in the evening, the floor wasn’t clean, we asked the staff to clean it up the other day, then it looked better. We didn’t know that breakfast was not included in the price, but we saw that it was, so we added extra 25 Gel for each person in order to have breakfast.

Everything was Ohk but could be better

The pool the way it’s structured and no room service but it was ohkay for a short stay . I didn’t like the key it was a truffle to open our room .And then we checked in no one helped with the bags I think it has a few staff so the check in as well took some time .

The rooms were very small and it was extremely uncomfortable to even sleep in. The pillows were very old and dirty. There wasn't even water or toothbrushes. The service was very bad, and they would even open the doors on you while you were inside.

Excellent service, we booked the hotel for 5 adults in the hour of arrival, at the time we arrived it was all ready. Special thanks to the Receptionist.

The location was good, close to the old city. The breakfast was excellent.

I had mold growing on the ceiling of my shower and the other rooms they showed me all had sewage gas smells from the bathrooms. It's an old property that needs a lot of renovation.

The location is perfect all the sightseeing are at walking distance include Carrefour.

The bed was not comfortable and cleaning was done on basic level.

Old fashioned hotel, with cracked furniture and old mattress, bed sheets with holes. More important breakfast is horrible, everything disgusting and cold. Toilets tissues not even changed automatically like any hotel but you need to beg them after you finished yours , no tissues in living room , they wash floor once per weak , water isn’t provided only upon your order for 2 small bottles , tea packs not refilled you need to ask about it , reception people are nice polite and helpful , the hotel on a very nice place and needs lots of improvement.

Everything is walking distance, restaurant, pharmacy, grocery store and most specially the metro station

Great value for money to get a very comfortable room and breakfast. It is a 1 minute walk from the metro station at Avlabari, which makes it very accessible and easy to get anywhere!

I had a good experience at Tbilisi Inn hotel – excellent service, good breakfast, and convenient location near the Metro and to the places of attractions in Tbilisi town.

- The heater in the room was not working properly. - Water bottles were not provided daily. They provide only during the checkin day. - Bidet spray has cold water only.

Pathetic breakfast. Bad service. Day 1 breakfast, no eggs. Day 2 and 3 were ok. Day 3, no cereals or juice. Not a good place for vegetarians. No proper cleaning of rooms, not changing the sheets on bed and no new towels.

Location is walking distance to the tourists spots like Gorgosali Square, Rike Park, Peace bridge. Also conveniently located across the Metro with Carrefour on the next building.

1- Upon entry in the hotel, you will be greeted by the old worn-out sofa and dark unwelcoming lighting.2- Hotel needs a lot of repairs & maintenance from the leaking shower hose, detached shower doors, and to the old uncomfortable mattresses with old springs. We stayed for 7 days and booked 1 Family room and 2 double rooms, but all rooms are having one of the mentioned issues. 3- Further, don’t be surprised if ever you stained your mattress and see the same stain the next night as they are not changing the sheets daily. Cleaning is not done daily as well unless you request.4- Make sure to bring a couple of tissue rolls as they do not refill the toiletries regularly and do not change towels unless you ask for it. 5- No room service and kitchen is closed at night, so make sure to have groceries in case of emergency.
