Room: 1 King Bed, Superior Room, Balcony, Garden View: located on the last floor (7th). Not much view, but if you are noise sensitive, definitely take the "Garden" view rooms, the main street is very busy. Note that this room is on Emergency Exit and there is a trick to close the door, and the emergency staircase is in your balcony, so you have to keep the windows closed when you leave (for your own safety).Great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants, breakfast spots, and cafés nearby.Spacious room.Staff very pro in general and even acknowledged the hot water an issue with a 20% restaurant coupon as an apology.

Overpriced for the quality offered, better value likely in another hotel chain.Hotel feels worn-out; low-end materials and maintenance.Sink was partly rotten; towels were old and had holes.Hot water broke and took a while to fix , never reached the same temperature as on the first day.Constant noise even with the AC turned off, possibly from the building’s boiler or other infrastructure.Poor soundproofing (except for the windows), you can clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms, including intimate activity.

The location is in the center of the city, near the main street with available public transport. It is easy reachable to Ilya University, to national museum, art museum, old city and other objectives.

My whole experience at Best Western Tbilisi City Center was honestly perfect. The value for money, the room, everything was just spot on. The staff were amazing they helped me with anything I needed, whether it was an iron, arranging the bed for my kids, or answering my questions. They really made the stay easy and comfortable.The location is also excellent, with shops around the corner and the city center of Tbilisi very close by. It’s simply a great place to stay, both for convenience and comfort.I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. If I return to Tbilisi with my family, I would definitely stay here again for a few days without hesitation.

Poor breakfast for 4star hotel! No good cleaning of the room! No service for charging phones in case a customer lost his charger. No good food! The walls are very thin!. The irrigation system smels

Location

I lived in room no. 504 and the room was stinking as you are nearby sewerage. Upon complaining several times to reception they were making lame excuses that they are over booked and can only change my room to lower grade room as if they are doing me this as a favour and I should be happy and thankful to them. When I decided to go loud only then by miracle they find me room no 405. I booked the rom for 2 nights and of those spent one in horrible stinking envoirment.

Great location in the heart of Vake. Absolutely perfect if you have your business there - every major location is within 10-15 minutes walk.

Location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with everything you need within walking distance. Room was quiet of noise from the outside, however be warned if you need to sleep in the day as housekeeping can be quite loud ? Reception staff were lovely and helpful, even allowed me to stow my luggage before and after check in. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean

A beautiful and clean hotel located in the heart of Tbilisi. Its prices are very reasonable and the hotel staff are very polite. Frankly, it is a very excellent hotel and I highly recommend it.

Every thing is fine

We booked a room at this hotel for a few hours to rest before our flight. First of all, the staff was very friendly, which is quite rare. We were checked in quickly, and we had room 506, which was quite spacious.

The internet was very slow, and the signal kept dropping, which was annoying.

The fact that through booking there was one price and when I got there they charged me more! I have stayed multiple times there and this is the 1st time it happened! Trying to clear it with booking since I have the proof of reservation.

my stay was really awful. first thay gave me the wrong room. it was cheaper than I ordered and some people still were inside! the staff apologized and gave an other room. room was not clean, a lot of different spots and dirty places. the mattress was in holes. I have pictures of all that! in my second day I needed to check out at 12:00. at 10:30 I was packing and all of a sudden some woman open the door and came in with her luggage! they did the same again! gave to the woman the wrong room! at 10:40 I gone for breakfast. breakfast should finish at 11:00, but at 10:40 they have almost nothing, not tea and coffee, all tables were dirty, no napkins, I asked for the tea, but nobody came with a tea! after I gone to my room - my key didn't work! I was already very angry, I came down to the reception and asked to change the key! they told me that first I need to sign a form of how did I like the hotel! WTF??? its absolutely wrong place to stay! for 70 dollars per night such an awful service! what a shame!

Friendly staffs

House keeping. When asked for cleaning, no proper cleaning was done except for the last day. The rest of the days, cleaning service underdelivered. Rooms are not well-maintained.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was checked in immediately, thanks a lot for that. The room was clean and bigger than I expected, and the shower was really nice and hot, working just perfect. I enjoyed my weekend in Tbilisi and would certainly return to the hotel again

The towels were a bit worn out, and there was no bathrobe (although there should have been)It was chilly in the room at first but the AC did its job. The place is quite loud because of the traffic (the room had a street view), not a problem for me but might be good to know for other guests
