Friendly staff and great location

The room was different from our last room, it wasn’t that great.

Very nice clean and spacious room with balcony a great bed and duvets. Great views. Harty breakfast with lots of treats.

The coffee was missing on the second day.

Breakfast was really tasty. Location is perfect. Ideal view from room. Really loved this Hotel.

Nothing, we loved everything

Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, enjoyed interacting with them.The queen room was top notch, very clean, photos are accurate. The bed was very comfy while the balcony is spacious and has a great view.Interior of the hotel is tastefully done, very welcoming. There is a great terrace to have your morning coffee in.Location is absolutely incredible, beautiful neighborhood with numerous great eating spots and bars nearby.It is close to the main attractions of the city too. Metro station is 10 min away, but there are multiple bus stops even closer.

Wi-Fi coverage on the upper floor needs some improvement.Breakfast was good, so this is not really a negative per se, but it could do with a bit more variety, especially important for stays that are more than a couple of days.

It was spacious, value for money for the location.

The best room did not have an elevator to the room floor and a flight of stairs was needed to reach the room. This was not clear while we made the booking.

Amazing hotel with amazing people. Good for long stays. Huge rooms with balconies, they are dog friendly and there is a garden that you can seat and relax. The staff went above and beyond to help me with any questions or need that I had. Very clean and decorated beautifully , quiet environment.Real value for money

Amazing cozy hotel in Vera. The feeling is like you arrived to a family hotel. All the people are kind and helping. They care about the guests and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast is very nice, The rooms are huge , every room has a balcony, and every thing is perfectly clean and decorated so nicely. And most of all they are dog friendly

Limited breakfast, same breakfast every day (no variety) Break fast time is 8 to 10 and if you het there at 9 there is nothing left for you to eat

Extremely clean,the location is great and some of the staff was really nice, but some was not particularly helpful.

Wifi was terrible, which was a problem for a professional stay. Breakfast was not particularly good or varied. If you are meant to serve it until 11am, you should make sure not everything's gone by 9.Insonorisation was a real issue.

Very friendly, with own parking ( a real bonus) and an adiquate gym. Good breakfast

What really stood out was the exceptional service. A special shout-out to Nina, one of the receptionist, whose friendliness and attentiveness made our experience so much more enjoyable. And there was one lady house keeper in the morning, we forgot to ask her name. She & Nina went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed during our stay.The room was clean & well-maintained. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a great place to unwind.

Bidet

Nice, clean and comfortable, room on the larger side. Staff nice and effective. Good location, close to the centre but on a quiet street, nice restaurants next door. Easy access from/to airport with taxi

The hotel has it's own underground parking which is a big plus (but number of parking places is limited to 4-5 cars)Rooms were clean

It can hardly be called a 4 star hotel.No room service during our stay (although we specifically put on the sign on our door).Breakfast was poor. Choice is very limited, dishes were cold. No cups, no napkins. Everything is "on demand".There is a bar just under the hotel so it might be noisy in the evening/night

The staff is amazing, kind, and welcoming. The location is best of Tbilisi. The breakfast is exceptional (thank you Alex!).

The cleaning people are super loud in the hallways. I had meetings at 4pm, and you could hear everything (music playing and talking). I was on the 5th floor.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly, the location is very good (coz I had my work nearby))). The value for money is very very good!

I can't say that I have something specific that I didn't like. Everything was good!
