S&L Boutique Hotel

Great location, close to the city center but quiet and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable with an air of luxury.

Why I recommend it: * Exceptional Service: George was incredibly attentive, accommodating an early check-in and providing a quiet workspace. * Rest & Relaxation: The location is peaceful and I slept amazing. The jacuzzi, pool, and gym are fantastic amenities. * Perfect Location: Set in a safe neighborhood with easy access to all major sites. * Great Food: The breakfast was delicious!Whether for work or a getaway, this hotel is a must-visit in Tbilisi.

Food at breakfast was a bit poor

S&L was so cool. The hotel feels like a place with a story and a history. You get the vibe that the place is special. The room was very comfortable with an excellent desk. The bed and shower were very comfortable.Also a big shoutout to George who checked me in at reception. George gives the vibe of an absolute pro. He helps you feel so welcome and is so efficient that you just feel very at home.

Sound proofing in the rooms was a problem as I could hear everything quite loudly. Perhaps some skirting under the door would help. Also the lighting in the room was inconsistent as the side lamps were a warm color, but the overhead lights were a pure white.

I think room could be cleaner

From the very first minute we arrived, we were surrounded with care: they helped us with the luggage from the taxi, guided us to the room, and even gave us a short tour of the hotel.The hotel is located in a green area not far from Vake Park, with bus stops, shops, and a cozy Georgian restaurant within walking distance.It’s a small but very clean and comfortable hotel with all the necessary amenities: a swimming pool, bar, gym, and pleasant relaxation areas on the balcony and in the dining room. The room had slippers, bathrobes, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was done daily.The staff are exceptionally hospitable, always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was a highlight — cheese-based, varied, and very tasty. You truly feel like a VIP guest here.A special thank you to Georgi and Andrei for their attention, care, and warm attitude — they made our stay especially memorable.

Everything was perfect

Clean room, friendly staff, nice location in Vaka. Small groceries store right near the hotel. Gonna be staying there for the third time next month.

Wi-fi could be a bit faster and more stable, but apart from that everything was excellent.

The room itself is spacious, and the spa bath is a nice treat. I appreciated that there was a desk with a comfortable chair in the room. The staff I interacted with, particularly the manager, were lovely.

There were a few points of frustration for me. The room, while large, is decorated in a style that most would consider old-fashioned and uncomfortable. A hard mattress, rugs that were slipping hazards, and a the kind of complementary cosmetics that you expect to find in a budget hotel.The location, although it appears fairly good on a map, is not particularly scenic, offering a view of a hill or a busy road.The WiFi was patchy and not especially fast, which made streaming or getting work done difficult.The included breakfast was subpar even by hotel standards. While you can order from a fairly large menu, the food is of the most basic kind - cold hot dogs, damp pancakes, tubs of sweet yoghurt, dry bread, etc. The omelette and coffee were good, as was the fruit platter. Even so, I've had better breakfasts as continental spreads at a Super 8.I did not get a chance to use the pool or sauna, so I cannot attest to their quality.All in all, the place had a feeling of age and budget masquerading as quality. If I had paid budget hotel prices, this would be fine, but I paid for a luxury experience, and did not receive this.

He's an example of real Georgian hospitality and made us feel very comfortable and cosy during our stay - he met us at the entrance, helped with the luggage, propose wine and chacha and smiled all the way ) 12 out of 10!!2. 1. WiFi was slow, not enough to watch youtube videos2. Sewerage: when we drained the water from the jacuzzi, some of the water flooded the floor, apparently due to a blockage in the sewer

Excellent stay. The staff were very welcome. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. We recommend this place to others and the location is ideal.

İt really is a great hotel with a great boss, manager and receptionists. My room was very comfortable and people there are incredibly nice and helpfull. Surely, i will stay at only S&L in tblisi again.
