Hotel Piazza Tbilisi

Location was good, most of the locations was walking distance, room was clean , good breakfast , all shops, restaurants, bakery’s was near to hotel.

Room was newly painted and having some paint smell, remaining all good

I was glad I wasn't left homeless. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The bed was uncomfortabley hard; I'd felt the same sleeping on a stone, and believe me, the bed I normally sleep in isn't very comfortable either, but this one was unbearable. The room was very dirty and smelled bad. The towels were awful. We asked for a re-cleaning, but even when they did, it was very superficial. At least the staff tried to be helpful.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet.Staff were friendly. I had to cancel the booking due to personal reasons and they helped me in every way possible!

Hotel Piazza is located very conveniently next to Avlabar metrostation! It is also within short walking distance from the Old City, just across the river. Very easy go around from there. They were super kind and organized us the transport from and to airport, even our flights were in the middle of night. The room was comfy and nice, staff was super great and I really enjoyed our stay :) Can recommend for sure!

Very friendly stuff with the personal touch. We stayed twice in this hotel during our trip and everything was perfect. It became our little home in Tbilisi. Magnificent location with the great proximity to everything.

Location, staff and rooms were excellent! Staff was very accommodating letting us leave baggage before and after checkout to help with our teabel plans.

Breakfast was good and tasty but some real coffee and broader selection would be nice.

Everything in this hotel is perfect.Is near to all attractions in Tbilisi. Staff helped us with everything we needed. Our room was cleaned everyday. Air conditioning was strong . Very good breakfast. Is my third time in this hotel

Location is excellent. Close to all major attractions and just next to metro station and bus stop. Staff was polite and helpful and very responsive. Even before my arrival they contacted through WhatsApp and arranged airport transfer as well

The room size is very small, breakfast was very basic and no options , Bed was very small and no blankets. The comforter provided was not clean

Parking issue

The staff was very proactive with communication. Reaching out about confirmation, arrival time etc. They were also very helpful about letting us leave our bags before check-in and allowed us to check-in early because the room was ready and it helped out a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful with other questions we had too. The location was great too.

I wish the rooms had more color or a bit more decorated.

Gamarjoba!The location was more excellent — it was within walking distance to the city center, which we absolutely loved. We were truly impressed by where it was situated. As for breakfast, we really appreciated how the two ladies working there quickly and efficiently refilled the plates whenever something ran out — this was a big plus for us as a family. Everything was really great! Thanks again!

We would have liked to have items like spoons and knives available in the room. Also, since we are used to having a rich breakfast in our country (*Azerbaijan), the variety felt a bit limited to us :) However, we completely respect that every country has its own breakfast culture.

Fantastic for budget travelers - with breakfast included! Close to the main metro line, surrounded by quality tourist attractions. Friendly staff, everything was as described. I would recommend it for any type of traveler.
