Cruise Hotel

Amazing atmosphere! Wonderful staff! I loved my stay at hotel cruise???Lovely place to enjoy holidays?❤️Reception staff Tekla,Levan & George just great human beings??❤️

Quiet good hotel, but for next trip I prefer to choose another one.

The water in the shower wasn’t warm enough. The room with 2 separate beds but I ordered with 1 double.Breakfast wasn’t good and as for me was strange.

Excellent Stay!Loved my time at Cruise hotel . Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

I liked the staff and room, they were perfect.

but the swimming pool looked depressing and the gym was just a full on scam. Both sauna and steam room were under construction, nobody was working expect 1 or 2 staff members and no towels for swimming pools, the bathroom lights looked like I was going through the back rooms, also breakfast was terrible, coffee tasted hideous, no ice, the juice was not even fresh it was almost expired. Wouldn’t recommend going if ur going to stay for more than 2 days.

Room was very big and clean , swimming pool was working 24/7 thank you , will definitely come back !!

Clean room , staff was very helpful breakfast was very good

Nice view from the room , breakfast was very fresh and tasty, the room was also very clean , will come again

View was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Pool was also good

The room view was amazing and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and overall I would give a 10/10 for my stay there.I highly recommend this hotel for friends, couples and families!

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The view from the room was breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The breakfast served was fresh and delicious, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable experience

The staff is polite and helpful.

There is no air ventilation in the room. Noisy if you open the balcony door. TV doesn't work properly.

Private parking. Clean and spatious room and amenities. Comfy bed.

None of the bedside lamps were working.

excellent staff. everything is very clean and comfortable. wonderful breakfast. Everything is very delicious. We had a great time in the pool in the evening. thanks for all. I recommend to everyone. we'll come here again

fresh breakfast , clean room with nice view

Good staff ❤ good manager .. clear room ..exsellent breakfast.. thanks ?

Absolutely nothing!

Absolutely everything! Paid for 3 nights but have managed to Survive just one night there and left on the second day. The room and its bathroom, The hope furniture are are super old yoused and abused the bathroom. It's just awful. There was no cold water.I couldn't even wash my hands Because the water was boiling, I couldn't take a shower because of the same reason plus the bathtub was in a critical condition and there was no cap to close the backup from preventing leaking out the water. So I didn't take a shower. I didn't wash my face. The worst thing was at 4 am o'clock. Someone was hitting like crazy on the doors. In my floor some crazy guy. He was trying to enter in the rooms. The most interesting thing is that no one even tried to open the door and see what's going on. Who is this guy who is he's hitting all the doors like that I got shook. But one thing I'm sure for certain that a place is haunted. I don't know if this guy was a spirit. Or whatever or are yor a real human? But beside him, I felt a lot of negative energy inside my room and strange Negative vibe in my room.Which put me twice in a sleep paralysis.I'd never.Forgive myself for For for letting me stay there even one night. I definitely don't recommend this place.
