Cleanness. staff. Size of room.

Tv channels, bathtub had problems.

We had wonderful stay. Hotel Staffs are helpful and accommodating especially Ms Qanta. She is so nice and very helpful. We will definitely book again in our future travel to Tbilisi. I will recommend also to our friends. ?

This hotel is well maintained, especially the staff very gently, we have been taken care from Gioigi, Guantsa, & Mariam, it was a pleasant stay

Air conditioning was not working

Breakfast had everything from fruits to different types of juices and I can emphasize how nice the staff was throughout our stay, I would strongly strongly recommend this facility to all the people, truly you must stay here to understand what I am saying.

Terrible experience!The staff were rude and unhelpful, the room was dirty and smelled bad, and the bathroom was a disaster. Breakfast was cold and tasteless, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Definitely not worth the price — I’ll never stay here again.

The location was exact what we have expected: it is not city center, but that is what we've needed.The room was exactly as on pictures: pretty big and pretty clean. The staff is friendly and there is a parking for the customers.

There is no obvious disadvantages that I could mention staying for 1 night.

Excellent hotel, good big and beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, service above and beyond. Good value for money. I come to the city a lot and am always happy to return to this hotel

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the sfatt were extremely helpful and friendfly spcially Elen and Maryam, the breakfast was average needs more variety.the housekeeping team was so professionalwe had a perfect experience.

It was a great hotel. Of course some problem happened but the people working there; especially Amir, Gvantsa, Elene and Mariam, tried to help us for everything. You can chose it without any concern.

The property was brilliant. I initially booked for one night but ended up extending and staying eight nights for the duration of my trip to Tbilisi. The staff were excellent. Miriam, Elene and George were at the front desk for the duration of my trip and on hand to seamlessly manage all the additional bookings I kept making. The restaurant ambience was very nice not just for breakfast but also for drinks in the evening. The rooms were spotless and the recurring theme in the hotel is “attention to detail”, which they take seriously.

Nothing - in 8 nights, not one thing was amiss.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, my son had an accident and broke his leg, ZAO, Mariam, and Elene and the rest of the team were super friendly and helped me with everything! I highly recommend this hotel!

Customer service and attention to detail. Giorgi/George checked me in and was very helpful and professional with outstanding customer service. This is the only five star hotel in Tbilisi that someone actually takes your bags to the room. Rooms were also the cleanest of all the five stars in the city, immaculate! The breakfast team were also excellent. After noticing I didn’t take any of the pastries from their wide selection, they asked me and I told them I wasn’t much of a pastry person but only liked a particular type and they actually arranged for it the next morning. Five stars! Ten out of ten!

I like everything about the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and restaurant very clean. I recommend the hotel 100%. I want to mention that room was very clean and nice. 10/10 - The Golden Palace Truly Lives Up to Its Name!Where do I even begin? Staying at The Golden Palace was like stepping into a world of luxury and opulence beyond traditional hotels. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service and attention to detail blew me away. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is elite.The room itself was stunning, but the bathroom... WOW. It was bigger than most standard living rooms I’ve seen! The luxurious jacuzzi was the highlight, paired with top-tier toiletries and super comfy king size bed gave me the best sleep that I needed. Every detail, from the lighting to the marble finishes to the artwork, you have to see it. I have not seen my wife take soo many pictures in any other place than the Golden Palace.They had heated swimming pool and a grandeur reception and lounge area !! And the cherry on top? Their halal Persian restaurant!! a large variety of breakfast, from fruits to cereals to hot menu, cold menu and a la carte eggs dishes.If you are travelling with your family and are very particular about safety, service, cleanliness and facilities, take my word for it, you can't do better than the Golden Palace.Special thanks to Miss Marriam and Mr. Zao for personalizing our family's stay in the hotel. You have truly made this last night stay in Tbilisi a memorable one before I travel out of this beautiful country!!We will visit again soon.
