Some of the facilities didn't work well, such as upper head shower and the safe. I didn't ask them to fix it though cause I didn't stay much in the room. Also once breakfast wasn't ready at time. Besides it was super. Staff is great and doing everything they can to help.

Excellent Hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Location is absolutely the best for central Tbilisi. Walking distance to everything is perfect. Galleria, Museums, Food, Shopping, it's all right there. The hotel staff is friendly and very professional. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, and breakfast is abundant. Very comfortable place to stay, play, and eat.

If you are looking for a quiet location, this is not for you as it is right on the main avenue, there is a lot of traffic noise from the street. But if you are looking for being in the heart of the city this is the place to be. The room windows do keep out most of the traffic noise, so sleeping during the day is no problem. Balcony rooms are great for people watching, but it is loud because of traffic. For me, I loved it.

Just location and cleaning

Unfortunately, the WiFi connection was very weak during our stay. We also experienced daily issues with hot water in the mornings, which made showering difficult. In addition, there was a technical problem in our room with water leaking onto the floor, and it took many hours to be resolved. The breakfast staff were not very welcoming, and on one occasion the server did not even smile. It was also disappointing that black tea was not included in the breakfast service.

Definitely, the location is priceless.All of the staff are helpful , rooms were cleaned properly every day . Though it is a very central and busy location , the room was amazingly silent and calm. I arrived very late after midnight and Beka received us and was very helpful and polite... the hotel has a restaurant at the entrance and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner there.. and they also wine makers or brand in Georgia for those who are interested. Some of the rooms have a balcony to the Rustavali street and the square .. if you are lucky.. you might be accommodated there . At all, value for the money .

The location was very good, near hotel there is a Galeria mall which is so good. Also you can find a lot of cafe and restorans near by.

The hotel is located in Rustaveli Avenue and directly to the Freedom Square, which means they are in the center of everything! Close to Galeria Mall, Liberty Square Metro Station, and Old Tbilisi. The location of Badagoni Hotel is their best advantage. The receptionists are also helpful plus our room has interesting artworks but the window does not have a view. They also have a nice restaurant with huge variety of wines, I love the design of their restaurant. Great breakfast offerings too ?

No luggage room and the lift is so small that one person with one 28 cm luggage can’t fit properly. Evan Our baby stroller can’t fit there.

Location food and comfort.

Temperature of room was very warm.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was great. Resteraunt food and wine is awesome.

Room is too hot with heaters off and when you open door to balcony it's too loud on busy street to sleep.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good.

There were problems with the lamp in the shower, we asked them to fix it, but they didn't, so we had to take a table lamp and plug it into the shower. Also, our room number 4 is next to the kitchen and with every order that goes out there is a bell to come and pick up the dish. When they turned on the kitchen fan, it became noisy and it was impossible to open a window because of the smells and noise. Almost the entire time the water in the shower was not hot, even though we asked for it to be treated and every time they said it was treated, so there was lukewarm water.

Location is good. On-site restaurant is great. Good food and popular.

Thin walls means noise from other rooms. Running out of menu items at breakfast and not replacing for days. Shower head and hot water issues.
