The view

The air conditioning is very bad and me and my brother got the room thats have a broken air conditioner and my family got a decent one.

No nearby halal restaurants, bit far from city. If someone planning to travel to Kazbegi and wants to avoid city traffic then yes you can stay

It was awful. Everything in the room is broken. If you touch it, it stops working. TV set won't turn on, AC is better not to use due to very dusty box and remote control also doesn't work. The windows are cover with dirt from the outside. Nobody cleaned it ever. And the area is disaster, very poor rundown outskirts of Tbilisi.

A very Good hotel to stay. Very clean, good view. Staff were very nice and professional. I feel like home during my stay in the hotel.

So far this hotel is the best in Georgia,there are bidets ? the hotel is new and clean plus quiet,Recieptionist are so polite and easy to communicate with,if you’re from Asia or Middle East I recommend you to this hotel.

Only location is good

Hygiene products (shampoo, soap, shower gel) are not disposable, towels are damaged, there are no disposable slippers. The hotel needs rebranding.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the heat was high and you could not be cold.

When turning the kettle it sparked and the towels were pretty used.

Bad internet connection even from cell phone and even though hotel is located near a metro station the district is bad.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff is helpful, especially George at the reception. It is very close to the metro and the supermarket. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. I recommend it.

Its dirty, the bed is bad and not comfortable, the sheets were dirty, I asked for a real blanket and the receptionist just ignored me.

The rooms are very small and not like the images.very old rooms and not comfortable to stay at all.

Location is far away from the city center, but the good point is the hotel is near metro station.Air conditioner need maintenance.

It was nice place to stay, outside from center but calm place to relax and enjoy the mountain view.

The wall a little bit thin you can hear people from other room talking and the cleaners when they clean other room you might be awake cause they do things very loud

Great hotel, very good location, close to everything. Excellent staff, especially the receptionist, Mr. Georgi, very helpful and elegant man.

We arrived late in the evening, but it wasn't a problem for the receptionist.Our cat really liked the hotel.
